Massie sucks on the Epstein issue, and on that particular subject he is well established in hypocrisy.

Who else has gotten a law passed for release of the Epstein files? Massie isn't being vindictive towards President Trump. He has said over and over that he doesn't think Trump is implicated in the files.

Let the American people see the files as promised in Massie's bill which Trump signed into law. If there are zero people implicated in the files, that's great. If that's the case, Massie DOES have some explaining to do. Whatever...follow the law, produce the files, remove the noncompliance issues before the midterms.

So now he’s too busy to tweet about the Epstein files and holding people accountable? What would that take, a minute? You people are top-line hypocrites.

Yes, because he has a personal vendetta against Trump and it’s clouding his judgment.

What? Massie has said over and over that he doesn't think Trump was involved with Epstein's criminal acts.

We're never going to know the truth because it would literally destroy 90%+ of those in our government including the agencies. I hate it, but i feel like this is something that Shawn and everyone else need to accept.

I would argue that its not who it would hurt but the fact that the people in possession of the unredacted information would not be able to use that information against politicians who they want to make them vote a certain way.

Im looking at you John Roberts. Noted conservative who votes with the liberals all the time. And others. Blackmail is what is used against these politicians. That and bribes.

We, the average Americans, are just here to pay the bill and do nothing about the blantant fraud and corruption.

What did Trump have to say about the Clintons skipping out on testifying?

He's becoming one of these conservative lawmakers that feed solely off if the attention of the left and their media.

Who has done more to hold people accountable than Massie? I don't know why he didn't tweet about it. If there is a vote on contempt it will be interesting to see how he votes.

That's a great question. If the absence of tweeting about it equals support for the Clintons ignoring the subpoena, does Trump (who posts MUCH more frequently than Massie) support the Clintons?

Instead of bitching about the Clinton's skipping the hearing, you Trumpicans are crying about Massie.

After months and months of grandstanding against Trump over the Epstein files, and claiming he wants to get to the bottom of it all, you figure such a great principled man would be screaming from the rooftops what bullshite it is that the Clintons didn't testify.

I bet Massie secretly cheered when Bannon and Navarro were sent to prison for ignoring a Congressional subpoena.

Valid point. If nothing else, a strong contributing factor in the big picture. There are likely myriad reasons for the indomitable secrecy.

He's in the Legislative Branch. He doesn't have arrest, much less prosecutorial, powers.

He has done the most any Congressman can do to hold someone accountable. He authored a bill to provide transparency, which might lead to accountability depending on the DOJ. Despite the taunts of what an ineffective loser he is, he got his bill through with only one no vote and the President's quick signature to make it a law.

It's not his fault that the DOJ has violated the law. It will be interesting to see what happens with the Special Master.

Uh oh. Doesn’t fit narrative.

What to do now?

Pivot. Quickly.
