Yes. Biden is gone. But, DJT is not all that far off. The guy says some goofy shite.

You know that.

I don't think the person must be under 60, but no one 80 or older should be "serving" as President, VP, Congress or Supreme Court.

At that age, it’s time to go the frick home.

I would assume that it isn’t.

That was not meant to be an absolute, just trying to get of the Boomer curve list.

Personally I think you should be vetted by 3 truly independent mental and physical doctors to be able to run and the mental would carry greater gravity than the physical.

Not saying mandatory retirement at 75 but maybe not allowed to run past 70 or 72 birthday. After that you have to prove you can still cut the mustard. The solution in the past was "emeritus" where you got to mentor and advise but no longer had to carry the full load.

Ronald Reagan probably comes the closest. He did move to California.

Ronald Reagan was once a Democrat who signed abortion officially into law in the State of California. But I ain’t mad at him. Big fan in fact. I get it. I understand you can’t look at it in a vacuum, but rather in context of his entire political career and its evolution. But some people don’t get it. Some people just ignore it in fact and avoid thinking about it that way.

That’s just a side note that’s an interesting tidbit, fwiw.

Dear Lord. Some people are too stupid to even be called stupid. Because that would be a compliment

Well that’s what the deep state wants for the acting president. Old and senile means easy to control

That would be Biden. He's crazy like a fox-- he's feigning dementia.

Member 2020 when everyone was convinced Trump would beat the pants off Biden in a debate? It didn't happen; in fact, the orange man was humiliated. He had to blame COVID for his woeful performance that night.

Biden showed a new assertive posture yesterday in his interview.

While I do think the "deep state" is a phony boogeyman dreamt up by a very few to make the masses fear because that is the more primal instinct and easier to incite ..

This!

Neither Biden or DJT are the puppet master, they are the bear puppets to play before the masses.

None are currently the likely nominee for their party.

Just an observation.

Then charge him. If the White House insists Biden’ cognitive condition is misrepresented then charge him. If he is on trial and acts senile charge him with perjury. But first let him lose the election.

That wasnt the point of the OP now was it?

Because if we take his advice then Gavin, Kamala, Nikki are certainly in the running. As was Jindal when Trump won

My grandfather turns 100 tomorrow. He worked until 82 when he finally retired. His younger brother did the same but passed at 94. My grandfather only stopped driving and mowing his yard like 3-4 years ago. Nerve issues in his food stopped him.

I have seen people half his age that shouldn’t be driving as their faculties are starting to go. Age is a number. Sure my grandfather is the exception to the rule.

There is an only a couple of years between Biden and Trump, but one is far and away cognitively stronger then the other……..
