Nah, Vijaya wouldn’t be at the bar with Elon. The fact of the matter is Vijaya is fairly likely to go to jail. She has much bigger things to do than worrying about Elon bullshitting with her soon to be ex-employees. She started crying profusely months ago when she found out Elon was going to try and buy out the company because she’s going to fricking jail for life if what she’s done is found out by Elon and given into the hands of the right people.
That’s the look of someone who can’t believe what she is seeing. Vijaya is in full blown panic mode and was the executive escorted from the premises. No, Vijaya may be going to jail for what she’s done, and she richly deserves it.

I think it’s probably the misrepresentation of users to the SEC and changes in the source code to target users for political beliefs but mainly it’s the falsification of info given to the sec I believe. I doubt she goes to jail for life but she and the rest of the board will likely see some jail time for the crimes they committed.
