I think it’s probably the misrepresentation of users to the SEC and changes in the source code to target users for political beliefs but mainly it’s the falsification of info given to the sec I believe. I doubt she goes to jail for life but she and the rest of the board will likely see some jail time for the crimes they committed.
Seems like there is standing for investors who lost money to sue. Securities Fraud is serious if you can prove it.

Anyone who signed off on those corporate filings should be retaining a lawyer right now with their buyout money.
They better hope the Biden DOJ covers for them because I wouldn’t want to be explaining the bot situation in court.

What is she going to jail for lol what’s the crime?
Multiple election interferences.
Lying to the SEC and Congress = crime.
If she had a role in that, she should lawyer up.

She only got 12.7 million, not 55
Posted on 10/28/22 at 6:47 am to rphtx
Yes - she made $17 million in compensation last year and her termination this year brings her another severance payout compensation of around $12.5 million.
She won.
She won.

You think a person in her position can purposely manipulate data/info and harm a public company.....and just walk away into the sunset with a golden parachute...not only should she put that severance in escrow, she better not spend any of her savings.
Might want to move to a favorable bankruptcy state like Louisiana.

Actually any and all jurisdictions that she interfered in from county, city, and state can prosecute her! There’s a lot of red out there partner!
This is bigger than Brandon and his rejected SC Justice!

Lois Lerner did it without a flinch.

Did she?
She lives in San Francisco, the most expensive place to live in the US. Speaking of the US, good ole Uncle Sugar gonna get his cut, then Cali so that 12 million is now what, maybe 5 mil?
Then there are possible legal ramifications and Twitter was a publicly traded company meaning they have to be SOX compliant. So all those emails from the last seven years should be saved. Otherwise, if I were Elon, I'd be wondering why the company I acquired is not in compliance to US federal law.

Why would her parents name her after a cuss word?

May not go to jail for it but it will be interesting to see if fraud is on the table for misrepresenting how many users there are actually on Twitter vs Bots.

At some point it was more about the power for her than the money.
She was already filthy rich. She also could have left anytime with her stock options already obtained and remained wealthy that way as Jack did.
This was about power for someone like Vijaya. She was the one that made the decision to permanently ban Trump according to everyone with knowledge of it. Money can't buy that kind of power and she will never have that power again.
It wasn't about the money for her at this point so really she lost. Thats why she literally cried when she found out Elon was buying Twitter. She knew she was losing her power.

This could be off but it's around $200 million for all 3 of them and really she got $75 mil

In total, Gadde is set to walk away from Twitter with the biggest haul: Nearly $74 million. Agrawal and Segal aren’t far behind her, though, at roughly $65 million and $66 million, respectively.

Can we sue them for damages associated with election interference? This off brand Raisin Bran is destroying my colon.

Name one individual that has been held accountable for election interference. They made a mockery of the law, etc. and none of them have paid for anything.

yeah. zero percent chance she is going to jail, and i'd say less than ten percent chance she even faces any real heat. no one on the left faces consequences for anything they do.
