the majority of Twitter employees would be Democrats. Most of them are live in the Bay Area, under 40 and college educated.

Following Terms and Guidelines is not censorship. Users and advertisers have a right to not encounter hate speech.
Musk is free to distribute the Twitter app thru APK via his own website if he refuses to govern his app and wants to continue it's placement on the Google and Apple App Stores....

I'm in that tech space. As you "should know", being on-call on the weekends is common, not a full hands on deck meeting after the new boss fires most of the company
