This is a true statement. But more often, the property doesn't produce any net cash flow after you subtract the mortgage payments. ). The other clues are the appeals to emotion. Notice how they say he "owns seven homes", not "seven properties". That's not an accident.
None of this is defense of Paxton, because I have no idea what he did or didn't do. Neither does the ProPropaganica author. The article doesn't help me understand... anything. It's just written to make people angry.
