That’s a pretty terrible option too. Now that Ukraine has the ability to strike pretty anywhere in western Russia time is not his side. Especially with the renewed Ukrainian support from the USA. They’re taking too many casualties and Ukraine has made advances in some areas of the country. Advancing a couple yards a week ain’t gonna cut it.

Okay. The US stockpiles of air defense missiles are critical across the globe. And like it or not if Russia attacks NATO we’re gonna be in the fight. Probably in the leading role and taking a large portion of the casualties.

I don’t think you know what common sense means. But open source can tell how many we produce per year. We can estimate how many we’ve fired during the war. It’s probably public info how many we’ve given to Ukraine.
So yeah, we’re short on missiles. It’s not a secret. I don’t know why everything in the military is super top secret. It’s not. How many factories produce patriots? One or two? Do you think all the people that work in those factories are sworn to secrecy and never go have a beer after work and talk about it? It would completely pointless try to keep the production rate a complete secret. We live in an open society. Russia and China and Iran know pretty much exactly what the production rate is, how many we’ve given to Ukraine, how many we’ve fired in the Iran war and what our stockpiles were prior to the wars. It’s simple math.

I tend to agree with that. I’ll also throw out there that Trump could’ve been fed a bunch of BS in the run up to the war and he’s come to a realization that bombing isn’t going to do what he was assured it would. Thus the major shift to hammering their economy and possibly going after anyone that does any sort of business with Iran.
