Michigan and Washington had less five stars and top 100 players than the teams they played.
The n.c will not have been ranked consistently in top 10 in recruiting for the last three/four years.
Are we seeing effects of poor evaluation by the services and better evaluations by these programs?...

Washington and Michigan haven’t had top classes. LSU having the 12 class is an outlier too. It’s ok to have a solid class to fill needs sandwich in between top 10 classes. ...
