Trump’s previous position was to ensure Russian oil could not be traded on the global market.
Trump has lectured Europe for a decade (rightfully so) about the mistake it is to use Russian oil and gas.
He said Germany was making a big mistake allowing Nordstream to build those pipes in the Baltic.
Trump has enforced a ban on Russian shadow fleet tankers.
And now Ukraine strikes at Russian oil infrastructure somehow is the reason the global oil prices are high?
This is a ridiculous argument. Mmost Trump policies are effective but he has mishandled the Ukraine efforts to strike back and survive. Throw in junior’s wedding bribe from an oligarch and you have optics for all to see.

the Exxon facility I referenced was the largest producer of diesel in the US until 30 days ago …. this wasn’t some mothballed, “decommissioned” facility
In that case, I apologize for my ASSumption, good sir.
What do you think Exxon would need in order to be convinced to ramp it back up?

So MAGA Loves Russia Now??
Just admit when you are wrong. Don’t keep going down the rabbit hole.
The fact that some are trying to defend this like it's great or he's sticking it to someone is just pathetic. Cult gon Cult. I guess

This deal has as much credence as a fart in the wind. Trump's best buddy Putin, the KGB Operative, is only interested in power, wealth, and de-stablizing the West. These dog bones that Trump throws to Putin , to prop him up, only furthers that purpose.

Ukraine will feel the wrath of Europe because come winter they lack of supplies will hit hard. Muslims are already burning everything they can. I jest though as Europe wrath is but idle or nonexistent

He knows Russia is helping iran right?
Probably the behind the scene reason Trump said he wasn’t attacking Iran. Much like Russia needs the US to help get Ukraine to deal the US needs Russia and China to get Iran to settle down.

These are the consequences of the west going all in on global warming
Now we have to depend on fricking russia to help us with refining capacity
Russia will then use that money to fight ukraine
We then give money to ukraine to fight russia
fricking clown world
not if its by design.

Nice, helping Russia sell their oil so they can continue to fund Iran

Yeah because it’s not like Russia itself is neck deep in a resource draining war at the current time, and for a good while now. I’m sure they have plenty to spare.

Trump just signed the lindsey graham sanctions bill. It goes after Russian shadow fleet of tanker ships. It also allows trump to impose tariffs of 100% on countries who buy Russian oil. Oh well.

How do democrats survive fighting refineries and being a huge reason who we don’t build more and have taken others offline? How is that politically survivable?
(Or maybe I’m wrong that they do and have done this?)

Trump's team is moving at LIGHTNING SPEED for affordability
This BUILDS off of 47's EO on red dye diesel AND bringing in fuel from Europe

So now Trump is subsidizing Russia’s military too? Wow.

Don’t say that to anyone else. Please. For your sake, no one else’s.

- 300,000+ tons of diesel IMMEDIATELY
- 500,000 tons in November
- 1,000,000 tons right after that
- 3,000,000 tons once Russia's refineries allow
- 4.8 MILLION tons total
HE IS GOING FULL AFFORDABILITY.
Trump noticed that Russia has a lot of diesel and decided to take advantage of it for Americans, farmers and truckers!
This comes after he also got EUROPE to release diesel and crude

Why are we throwing Putin anything that resembles a lifeline?

Exactly. The only way to end the war is to pressure the invader to take its invading troops back to its own country.
