I don't know what the value of Mar-A-Lago is but I would guess its a hell of a lot closer to $739MM than it is to $75MM easily

I am not a racist; but, for the life of me I cannot think of even one black, female (has a vagina) lawyer who is not a total dumbass.
Supposedly, these AG's have handlers/protectors who don't allow them to step in shite. Her team pushed her completely in the shitter.

Okay - here is a property listed for $75m a few miles south of Mar-a-Lago on 1.84 acres. There is a 2.25 acre plot listed for $150m just up the street.

Zillow

Compare to Mar-a-Lago, with 126 rooms and 62,500 sf...

I don’t want to do business there either. And in fact with how shitty NY is now, I’m probably never going there ever again before I die.

Unless it’s like a connecting flight to Europe or some shite.

New York Attorney General Letitia James announced a lawsuit against Trump for violating the law as part of his efforts to generate profits. She gives the example that Mar-a-Lago was valued as high as $739M when it should've been at $75M

OK, Mar-a-Lago for $75M??? That is beyond stupid. Letitia James is a worse moron than we could imagine. You couldn't find 1 house in that zip code for less than a million $s.

If that is the case....Mar-a-Lago is 20 acres....just the land would be worth $1.3B

you would think, at some point, there would be some level-headed liberals with integrity and ability to think critically lead the charge to end this lunacy.

I guess they are all fricking crazy.

So just looked up so real estate for sale in Palm Beach.
There is a 10,000 sq ft, 10 bedroom for 63 million.

Or Mar-s-Lago, 63,000 sq foot, historic home, with numerous tennis courts, pools, spas, etc.

But sure, it's value is 75 million. Idiot!

Does anyone believe a bank is dumb enough to not realize a $700 million overvalue?

NY AG prosecuting for a property in Florida. Got it..

As I said in an earlier post; this is a political witch hunt and should be laughed out of court but your statement is an oversimplification. Yes the property is in FL but she is saying that he overvalued it while doing business in NY so it's about a property in FL but that's not all it is.

There is borderline zero chance Trump didn't have some sort of third party take a look at any internal valuations.

Those values only really matter if the lender has to foreclose. Worse, as you said they are only opinions, and the real values change from day to day. Overinflated values on a loan financial statement does not usually come into play unless there is some sort of loss. Did anyone get an appraisal at the time? What this says is that she could not dig up enough for a criminal charge and she wants to make it sound like fraud, but has to use civil penalties to stay in the media.

DT Jr response earlier today was "Please show me where these $75 million dollar mansions are at because I am buying every one of them right now and flipping them."
