Uh, you do realize that Dr. Harari is on your side, right? You can watch the whole speech on Youtube to see the context. He is arguing that hacking humans IS BAD. Conspiracy theory websites, of course, take it completely out of context to make it seem like he is advocating for it.
At the beginning of his speech he said he wants to avoid "digital dictatorships" and he is afraid technologies like AI will be in the hands of a few elites in San Fran who control everyone's data, medical history, genetic info, etc.
He is arguing against the shite you are accusing him of supporting.
