Great topic I’ve been thinking about this since Biden said in the debate in 2020 that you won’t see him tweeting, yet we constantly get them from his account and almost all you can tell are not from him, very interesting....

Up date, guy pulls up as I’m pulling in today to give estimate on new unit, ok have some questions, ask him about the tech saying it was froze over and low on Freon, told him my wife said he was only up there for a min and she didn’t see him take any tools with him, checks his I pad says he noted ...

I just now replaced the filter, I’ve never seen one this bad, there’s a hole in it, I can only imagine the damage I did not replacing it, I honestly didn’t know, first home rented all my life… I change my furnace filter every 3 months, it’s the same size 16x20x1 so I had a spare ...
