NFL's offensive commercial in the Bengals game

About 30 minutes ago there was a commercial highliting the inequities in society. One of which was the average black makes 10,000 dollars less than a white for the same job.
this statement is wrong and very offensive coming from an industry that is staffed by 70% black players making much more than a million dollars per year each.

I would imagine for any other positions in quarterback the black athlete is paid equal two or more than the white athlete

I want to know where this is happening. I haven’t seen it in my 30 years of employment and I’ve access to what people are getting paid.

This makes sense. Think about the percentage of black people in this country who live in SC, GA, AL, MS, LA, NC and FL. Wages are lower in the South (for all people) than they are in the rest of the country.

Georgia has passed a law for the government to pay black females up to 700 dollars a month to get their wages equal to a white male.

Do these people have the same experience? Are we talking about a black man with 5 years exp. versus a white man with 25 years? Where is this job? Do people discuss salaries at his place of work? Most places of work people do not discuss salary.
I do not believe a word this person claims. Show the evidence and call out this company. If this was true, they would name the company. BLM would be protesting this business.

My guess is the league is under real or perceived pressure to pander to the 70% on equity issues. Got to provide an outlet for all their rage on how oppressed they are. And the commercial is one manifestation of the pandering. There’s no chance the owners actually believe any of that crap.
Not that many in the 70% could cogently explain equity, but they know they’re oppressed!
