About 30 minutes ago there was a commercial highliting the inequities in society. One of which was the average black makes 10,000 dollars less than a white for the same job.

If this is the case, why wouldn't they just replace all the white guys with cheap black guys?

Over the span of my 30+ year career, I’ve had access to the pay rates of thousands of employees, and I don’t know of even one instance of a minority employee being paid less than a white employee while doing the same work.

If it's really that offensive then turn it off dude. It's pretty simple. You'll survive just checking the score to see if Burrow won or not.

Eta: but I'm guessing you're still watching.

Why does a civil engineer make 4 times as much as a car wash buffer, when they both work the same amount of hours?
Has to be systemic!

Why wouldn’t they?

It placates the SJWs and minimizes their attacks on the league and people aren’t turning off the tv because of the sjw messaging. I read a news update yesterday that nfl tv viewership is at a six year high.

I once had a job where a black female with as much experience as I had coming into the job made more than me for the exact same job. I call bullshite on the NFL.

Clearly your company has been overpaying.

The only reason I know of this is because you're watching the NFL and then posting about it.

Yup. Watching and supporting the purveyors of propaganda while simultaneously bitching about it.

OP prolly took some duck-lip selfies and posted them to his Instagram during halftime, too.

OP’s a bitch.

I would imagine for any other positions in quarterback the black athlete is paid equal two or more than the white athlete

In my sector, the determining factor for money has been a salary range per job title, and the better you do at your job, the better you do within that range. If you do very well you get promoted to a job title with a higher salary max.
I haven’t noticed that any race or gender does better or worse specifically because of race or gender. I’ve seen men and women of African, Indian, central and east Asian heritage do well for themselves because they’re dedicated to doing a good job.

Well, are business owners greedy or racist? It can't be both.

You cannot be a Lefty and intellectually honest. Just a fact.

Why? What do they have to lose when people like the OP will keep whining but still watching?

this statement is wrong and very offensive coming from an industry that is staffed by 70% black players making much more than a million dollars per year each.
What is the right number?

I quit watching when that came on - had just noticed the "end racism" bullshite in the end zone border too.
