If you think California, New York, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, Vermont and Maryland are red then you belong in a straight jacket.
But, I also don't trust ANY of their metro areas in terms of elections. They are all run by people who are any means necessary types.

By the way.
This Rasmussen poll of Democrats is but one more example of why we need to separate.
Of course, WildTchoupitoulas thinks this is all OK and just "America"

I was just in a social media thread today with mostly liberals in reference to Youngkin removing the schools mask mandate.
In one thread, inside of 10 minutes, I had people bring up Rittenhouse, Jan 6th, Trump, Fascism, and White Supremacy.
Mind you. My responses were 100%, ALL on the mask point and in support of the freedom associated with how masks provide nearly 0 protection nad simultaneously harm children socially.
There was utterly zero nexus between my posts and fascism, Jan 6th etc etc.
It's just like they all have, at any given moment, 6-8 standard things that pop out of their mouths every time they talk to a conservative. They have absolutely no original ideas of their own.

Yep.
Saving Democracy by threatening the families of political opponents.
That's who liberals are.

The problem with Presidential debates is that the questions and topics all slant towards the Democrats. Trans rights, race relations, climate change, voting rights, etc.
And they are ALL framed as, "hey Republican, why are you so fricked up on this issue" while conversely, "hey, Democrat, please take a moment to tell us how awesome you are".

As they should.
It's not a "debate" when the moderator thinks they're part of one side's debate team.

Invite him and whomever win the Australian Open.........offer to match the Aussie winner's money for both just to play and double for the winner.
Then, portray it as the "Real Australian Open Champion".

It's like they decided to take Coulter's Law and triple down.
The reason liberals project so much is simple
Posted by AussieRock on 1/16/22 at 7:56 pm
The thread about liberals talking down to minorities reminds me of a key point about liberals that often doesn't get discussed.
Namely, that a core problem liberals have is a complete inability to blame THEMSELVES for any negative traits they have or even take responsibility for them.
This is why liberal white people are so certain that all white people are inherently racist. It's because they know THEY are and, it simply MUST be something innate about being white that they can't help.
Almost every issue you can think of, the rhetoric around the liberal position is one of absolution from self blame.
It's why they run around telling conservatives that we've just been lucky in some way. This is an easy to give themselves absolution when they aren't as successful as they feel they should be.
But worse, it animates their bad behavior, both individually, and as a group. They simply say, "well yeah, but everyone else is gonna do it, so, I might as well too!".
It's why they say absurd shite like, "why do you people vote against your self interests?" Because, a liberal can't even conceive of the mind that votes based on its perception of right and wrong.
Speaking of which, how do liberals even get away with that last one? In what universe is it considered the moral high ground to only vote YOUR OWN interests? I mean shite. Basically, they're complimenting conservatives with that one(except, of course, they don't really mean we care about anyone else........they are just calling us stupid)

Because they were making it stronger by giving the central government more power than had existed under the Confederation. This is pretty widely known in our country.
Did they seek to make it a lot more powerful, or barely enough more powerful so that it could solve some of the AoC challenges?
What were the primary AoC challenges that led to the need for the convention?

Not only is the Union in perpetuity, but even that the federal government would have more power than the confederated one.
Yes, they recognized the AoC was not going to work, but, they were scared shitless of giving the Fed too much power and spent a GREAT DEAL of time trying to come up with ways to constrict it.
Alas, they couldn't constrain future totalitarians like your people no matter how hard they tried.

With the constitution abandoned, you non longer have a union. And, we long since abandoned it. Hell, the people you vote for openly hate the thing, are running around the nation removing statues of the people involved in giving it to us while calling everyone involved a bunch of white supremacists.
Your party is nearly completely populated by people whose hatred for the document is perhaps only superseded by their hatred of the people who wrote and signed it.

And the Constitution itself was only ratified because our nation was founded upon the precept that our God-endowed Natural Rights precede man-made laws. Again, the Constitution would never have been ratified by the sovereign and independent states if the states believed that ratification meant the intended Union was to exist into perpetuity.
Any claim otherwise is to display an utter ignorance of the debates that surrounded the ratification of the Constitution. It may have taken over 200 years, but can any true supporter of the principles of limited government seriously disagree with the prophetic warnings of the Anti-Federalists?
Moreover, people need to remember that we were sort of drug kicking and screaming to the current constitution. The people involved in writing it or voting on it were largely the same people who wanted the Articles of Confederation.
These people quite obviously were very cautious about the idea of a strong federal government and sought to make it barely as strong as necessary.
Alas, from the start, leftist had other ideas.

Mostly because regardless of his politics, he's just more comfrortable around a bunch of DC elite than he is around rank and file Republicans.
I refused to vote for McCain or Romney.
In hindsight, we would have regretted a McCain election mightily. Romney, much as I can't stand him now, would have basically been Bush SR.

So to confirm, you're conceding your comments only makes sense in a pretend world and has no application in any real world/election situation.
