I’m sure the 3 other witnesses who deny it occurring can get sworn depositions stating it didn’t occur.

But they do have something to say about the credibility of the person making the allegations. Ford now has evidence she didn’t invent the allegation after the nomination.

This is true, but they also contradict former statements from Dr. Ford. They cut both ways, IMHO.

Can't have it both ways.

We have gone from "I didnt tell anyone about it besides my husband and shrink" to "an avalanche of witnesses come forward claiming they were told about it".

What I find interesting is that Ford told some people about the incident well before Kavanaugh was a nominee to the Court. That takes away a political motivation

Incorrect, good sir. Mitt Romney first publicly floated Brett Kavanaugh's name for the Supreme Court back in 2012. Which, coincidentally, is when she first told her therapist about this alleged incident.

It's amazing how she told a few random people in 2012-13 about this when his name was first floated for the Court, made no mention of it when he was nominated and appointed to the second highest court in the land in 2014, and only brought it up again when he was nominated for SCOTUS in 2018.

Please start a thread with this info, it really needs to be seen and not buried in a long thread

This kind of BS can't be allowed to continue. An entire country basically being held hostage to this delusional woman and the equally delusional dems.

I hope the FBI (the white hats) are working on this already.

Don’t forget that both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were on Romney’s list. And that Blasey’s therapist’s notes Blasey says that -about her attackerS - “These students are now “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.”

Leaving aside the possibility that the notes are faked, they are inconsistent with her testimony. Additionally, they are only partial notes. Seeing them in context would give us a far more detailed look into the reason for the epiphany.

Remember that she graduated the same year as Gorsuch. Did she remember being sexually assaulted by Gorsuch and Kavanaugh? No one listed in her four witnesses are “high ranking members of society in Washington” besides Kavanaugh.

Not if it is being offered to rebut the assertion that she made up the story only after Kavanaugh was nominated.
It's not that significant that it was before he was nominated. His name has been floated since at least 2017 and she knew she was in the same circle as him. She knew he might get nominated. I was a contemporary of Amy Barrett's in the Catholic school system in NOLA. I don't know her but, there are chances our paths crossed back then at parties or combined school functions. If I or anyone in those circles was vehemently opposed to Trump I could start working an angle in case of her nomination to replace Ginburg.

I don’t nevessarily believe all of the details, but I think it’s unlikely that the entire thing is a fabrication. That doesn’t add up

It's significant to the point I was discussing, which is the application of the hearsay rule. I made no effort to claim any significance beyond that.

Ms. Gildo-Mazzon has a 5-year old restaurant receipt from a nondescript meeting with Ford? I know a receipt isn't important or evidence, but that just seems crazy. I have receipts from Target trips last week that aren't legible anymore due to ink rubbing off. And why would an attorney put that in an affidavit? It makes it look like they're trying to pad thin statements.
