How much do you want to bet this is exactly what it will be used for? Hell it is already being reported as proof that Kavanaugh is guilty in some articles.
Our society, journalists, politicians, political process, and federal government are completely and totally broken at every level.
We are trying to investigate and corroborate a 30 year old unproveable accusation, in which the accuser refuses to testify or even appear in public, never before reported or uncovered as a basis to ruin a man's life and disqualify him from an office he is by all other accounts more qualified than almost anyone else to hold.
And further, this investigation is seen as a massive victory and hill to die on for plenty of people in this country who only see politics as a 0 sum good VS evil game where the ends always justify the means and ultimate power is the only worthy goal regardless of how it affects anyone else.
Progressive group think trumping reason and logic and a massive sect of our population refusing to be impartial about situations is leading us on a one way collusion course with armed conflict.
I am not even asking you to say Kavanaugh did not do what he is accused of. Can you admit there is a reasonable doubt at this point that the accusations are untrue?

I've been wondering where this therapist is. Why hasn't this person been named and asked about it?
Duh

All of the depositions simply say that Ford told them about it at some point.
This is the definition of hearsay
And? Our justice system is built on this type of thing.

What I find interesting is that Ford told some people about the incident well before Kavanaugh was a nominee to the Court. That takes away a political motivation

Are we going to see this email?

I mean, she's said the whole time she told a therapist 6 years ago.

But now it's Kavanaugh? Only after he's nominated? Seems convenient.

New sworn depositions in support of Blasey Ford!
All statements of "Ford told me" etc...
These are completely worthless

Whats more interesting is you believe this lady

The point of this is to refute the criticism that this was all made up just to derail this confirmation. If she told others about it years ago, at a time when there was no potential Supreme Court nomination, then the argument that she just made it up now is undermined. So the relevance is not whether the statement was true, just that the statement was made at a time when this nomination was not possibly known.
I thought from day 1 we all knew that she allegedly told a therapist something back in 2012

One of them says she specificallyd named BK in an email several years ago.

LINK?
The therapist, her friends, etc... All just have statements saying she thinks she was assaulted by a guy at a school who is now something related to government.
Kavanaugh's name never came up until at the earliest there was a vacancy in the court and at the latest when he was actually named.
Can you show me a link proving otherwise?

I think the woman fantasizes these things and needs to talk to a real shrink not a Congressional Committee.

That’s the one piece of interesting information in all four statements.
We still don’t have a sworn statement from the star.

Eh not really. Theres a reason hearsay is not admissable in most cases.

Oh my fricking god, did anyone actually read the declarations?
Telling her kids baseball coach about being sexually assaulted? A friend from a Pizza Place, what the frick? And the pizza friend's name looks like a goldennugget invention to boot.

We do not have the name of the therapist nor the notes from the therapist despite WaPo and DiFi having seen them.
