NB4 a Marxist or Comey Republican posts “the warning label focuses on mysogeny, a legitimate problematic issue relative to a protagonist of the work, and not the overall themes of the work, therefore, this is a non issue.”

The only thing “problematic“ about it is that the Democrat party has adopted it as it's political platform and guide. Democrats are worried that people are going to read it and say, “Wait a second - isn’t this exactly what the Democrats are doing right now?“

The problematic themes in the book are unfortunately bipartisan

The Bush years expanded the surveillance state which was already much bigger than many had realized. This was further expanded by the Obama admin.

Propaganda...you'd need to do some reading up on the Reagan years about "perception management"

The military is heavily engaged in psychological warfare regardless of who is in power. You would hope that it is to our benefit but who knows what their end goal is.

The left is decidedly worse on language manipulation IMO

British women are the most brainwashed simpletons in the fricking world. That's what drives all of Britain's clownish social norms. Wrangle their dumb asses and they might be able to claw back from their 3rd world cesspool destiny.

It’s required reading for my rising 10th grade son. I’m going to make sure he actually reads this one.

No joke, first thing that hit my brain was Bobby Brown's teen group.

Problematic? I think prophetic is more accurate.

This is a problem that seems to pervade all popular ideological leanings but people seem to have forgotten that a protagonist is just a viewpoint not an instruction on what is good behavior. A protagonist does not have to be the hero of the story.

At some point, we forgot this in literature and other media. Now every thing we consume has to affirm or reaffirm a consensus viewpoint on goodness, etc.

My oldest is 6 years out of college, my youngest 4 years out of college, and I sent them both a copy of Atlas Shrugged. Required reading also. They both loved it.

I realize Bobby Brown was a bad apple. But Ronnie, Ricky, Mike, and Ralph were solid guys.

Plenty of people freaked out over Palantir implementing a master data management solution just yesterday.

Building a database to collect data on all Americans. Palantir is going to have records on all Americans.

There is a 0 percent chance of this ending well

Yes you're correct so that does make my statement false

It does appear that some of MAGA is either unaware or naively not concerned so I'll retract my previous statement

Please never just just believe anything the NYP prints.....Many Palantir company officials have said this is blatantly false. It is very similar to anything the print about Tesla or Elon Musk companies.
