Not assimilation. Conquest. Just watch. Were about 10 years away from “You know a black man invented golf, right?”

500 years from now we’ll still be listening to bullshite about the woes of the blacks from muh slavery.

IMO, I don’t think so. Slavery in the US is relatively recent.

People won’t care in 500 years.

You're only a real black person these days if you've never met your incarcerated father and have at least 4 siblings raised negligently by a 300+lb woman on food stamps.

Wasn't it last year that a park in the Smokey Mountains floated the idea of a blacks only hiking trail to make hiking more inclusive??

Tiger says hi. Massive oceans say hi.

This is downright propaganda bullshite.

Ketanya Jackson dipshit that got her law degree from a kmart special... says blacks are all disabled. So how can they skydive, golf, and scuba dive?

Alt title: Blacks try acting White by participating in Majority White sports and activities. Some would even call it "cultural appropriation".

Well....weren't gingers declared black a while back? I feel like I remember seeing that trend going around.

Charlie Sifford started on the tour in 1961 (I had to look that one up). 1st to play in a major.

Lee Elder started playing on the tour in the early 60s. I think 1962. He was the 1st to play in the Masters

Calvin Peete was several years younger.

Had to edit. Thought Elder was the 1st to play in a major.

It’s a small small place but Caldwell Country club didn’t allow black players as recently as 1991

Didn't realize the entire black race could only play golf at Caldwell Country Club. Thought for sure other clubs existed.

This sentence from the article is the real issue. This is a black woman's perception.

“It’s not easy for Black women to make new friends, especially at my age."

This is reality.

“It’s not easy to make new friends, especially when you are older."

Something she finds difficult, she immediately attributes to being a woman and being black, without ever considering it might actually just be difficult for most people, regardless of their race or sex. But then, how can she make herself a victim if she admits we are all dealing with the same issues? It has to be some form of systemic racism oppressing her, and not the fact that this is how life is for everybody.
