Silly. Talking of compromise when you have 70% of the Senate would be seen as weak. But not when you are almost at 50/50. And no. Your core values are not up for trade.

If this is true, why was Kevin McCarthy's removable supported by MAGA?

He was in a 50/50 scenario and couldn't deliver pure results and had to be pragmatic and was removed for doing so.

Dude

Massie did that all by himself.

People have short memories and when it's Rubio and Vance up against someone that thinks men can be women, this won't even be a blip on the radar.

I do as well, but I am finding it real hard to see President Trump as being much different that all those listed.

If Trump actually gets us in wars/conflicts that last years and years -- and a couple of huge U.S. iconic buildings get turned to rubble in a terrorist attack -- then I guess we can put Trump in the same category as the Four Horsemen of Suck.

We can hope. President did say this morning with regards to Iran that he was in no hurry at all. We gonna be over there for years. Hope everyone enjoys this falls recession.

Seems to be a fair amount of smoke to this effect, yes.

1) This POS turned on President Trump simply because he spoke the truth abd told her she couldn't win a statewide race in Georgia.

I remember this being something she for sure didn't like hearing.

But didn't she ultimately resign for something that was gonna upend her too?

We've known the truth for years. Epstein was a scumbag who pimped willing high school girls. There were no abductions. The next time accùsations pop up that.someone is eating infants ask for just a little evidence before jumping into the clown car.

Now tell us again how Massie didn't vote against the Save Act but only against allowing a vote on the Save Act.

there are consequences for alienating Massie supporters

Massie being voted out of office WAS the consequence, he alienated his own supporters.

Read the room. People are sick & tired of "principled" Republicans obstructing every damn thing. The flavor of the week is out.

Most people voted for Trump because they believed he would DO something (not just talk endlessly) and they've continued to support him because he's tried strategy after strategy to get around a gridlocked Congress that does nothing BUT talk. It doesn't matter who's President, the right is tired of do nothing Congressmen.

It was Massie's job to figure out a way to express his principles while still moving legislation forward. Or, if that's impossible, it was his job to effectively communicate why it's impossible to the American people. He didn't do either, hence the obstructionist reputation that's gotten him kicked out of office.

If "Massie Supporters" are so mad they are fine with democrats in power then they are not serious people.

I'm not.

This relational/team mindset doesn't apply to me and I don't even think I commented on anything she said to be associated with that.

It's not about Massie. It's about the GOP selling out its consitutency. Again.

No relationship to MTG.

And I don't think it's been answered, either, and I have a good idea why.

This was what was in OP

quote:

"I am proud and thankful to have served in the U.S. House of Representatives with my friend Thomas Massie, a giant among weak pathetic men. Releasing the Epstein files was our demise. But it was worth every single bit because now everyone knows the truth. You are ruled by the Epstein class that cares nothing about you and your elected leaders are bought and controlled by a foreign lobby," she wrote in a post on X.

"Tonight the future of the Republican Party was destroyed. The Real America First Movement will rise led by the younger generations, who hate the old guard with an unquenchable passion. Let us pray that we have a country left by the time these creatures are gone," Greene added.

This is what I posted

GOP has been a garbage party totting the water for the Dems behind the scenes for decade. Good riddance. Real conservatives will prop up the future of a new GOP or anew party all together.

We certainly do not need more conniving USA hating rinos.
