It seems inevitable that they are our replacement population. The paler ones are the new whites and the darker ones are the new blacks. Hopefully they will do a better job than we have on working together.

BS charge and penalty way out of proportion to the offense. How about probation and a small fine?

So, a foreigner from a country known for scamming and lying accuses an American of shoving him. The American denies it.

Without knowing anything other than the accusation, the majority of Americans in this thread rush to defend the foreigner and attack the American.

Gee, why are we losing our country to foreigners when Americans instinctively choose to support foreigners over their own kind?

Ohhhhh he pushed me and said racist words!

C'mon down to the hood guys! The cops don't prosecute blacks for that in this county, it'll thicken your skin up some.

Back the blue, baby! Officer reported it. Must be true. Officer likely recognized which person was the POS. Being born in a double wide in God's country doesn't mean you always get the benefit of the doubt.

Instinctively? Or logically?

Collins denied shoving the victim.

He gets his day in court. But I suspect he’s guilty.

Quite the misleading header. Right out of the MSNBC or CNN playbook.

Not a good look.

Agreed.

This is how you turn into the UK where foreigners stab a white citizen and the police arrest the citizen. It is not that far off.

If it was just a white dude that was pushed would charges even be filed? I am almost certain it would not be a felony.

Your own post states that he shoved the victim, which if true is considered assault, and would also trigger the statute you quoted.

It stated. "allegedly".

This one is tough because it came with a side dish of assault. The comment alone should trigger no penalty.

If that's the case, the Indian guy should be ordered to go back to his country.
