Volckmann, Finance Director for Cobb County, appraised the All-Star Game’s economic impact to fall somewhere between $37 million and $190 million in his 213-page agenda packet. While some dispute the high-end of those projections, it’s safe to say the city – especially lower-wage workers who would have worked the event – would have benefited greatly

HA!! Bull shite! If the 2021 All Star Game generates more than $50 million to ANY city, I will donate $1,000 to a deranged Leftist politician.

But we are in the Era of Deception, so of course a public official is lying to us.

I don’t see how they could fill it. If you are going to kiss the arse of the woke left on a voting rights bill then I don’t see how they could let one fan in the stadium. The woke left like lockdowns too.

It's a shame MLB hates the poor.

Also, is that estimate based on non-covid years? More likely just exaggerating to try and finagle more bailout money from the state. Just like the Destroya would do in NOLA.

Atlanta is like 40-45% black? Why does the MLB hate blacks so much?

The actual city of Atlanta is becoming less and less black by the month. The suburbs are becoming more black. It’s a trend that has been happening the last 15 years and shows no signs of slowing down.

So they blame a state for trying to run according to its own processes and laws, rather than blame the entity actually pulling out?

Sounds about right for the clown world.

Stacey Abrams asked MLB not to do this because she knew a lot of Blacks would be hurt. Oh well...
