Look at McDonald’s model. 3-5 people working bs CFA with way too many working at one time.

My 5 year old love getting a happy meal every one e in a while and it can take 15-20 minutes in the line to get your food.

At CFA you get a line around the corner and get you food in 5-10 minutes.

But McDonald’s still makes more per store.

McD's food just isn't good enough for what it costs.

The one thing McDonalds offered was consistency. 30 years ago, I made a cross country trip with my brother-in-law who was a seasoned traveling salesman.

He would like to eat breakfast at McDonalds everyday and would invariably order hotcakes with sausage. Now as far as fast-food breakfast goes, hotcakes were probably one of the better tasting items on the menu.

Yet no matter if they were edible, they certainly would not be nearly as good as any random local breakfast joint. So I asked why he didn’t try some local breakfast place once instead?

He said he wanted a quick meal with no surprises at breakfast. Though the McDonalds hotcakes may not be the best you ever ate, you would get the same quality at every location no matter where you were in America.

Yet in the past decade or so, the quality of service has declined dramatically. Why put up with mediocre food coupled with horrible customer service?

From the NY Post article:

quote:

McDonald’s said in an internal email last week to US employees and some international staff that they should work from home from Monday through Wednesday so it can deliver staffing decisions virtually, the report said.

Cowardly move.

As more minorities started working at McDonald’s the quality of everything went downhill quickly! Today you get a poorly built burger with an equally poorly attitude/service!!

For the truth of the above compare the customer service at Popeyes with Chick Fil A.

hopefully companies start gutting all the human resources and other useless diversity and equity jobs. time to wear your stupid arse lapels on your own time.

time for these oxygen thieves to do actual office work or flip burgers. the choice is yours.

No love loss for another company with a bunch of leftie POSs pushing their social engineering garbage. They should keep focusing on the 13% of the population.

Meh. Let me know when the whole company goes under and stops poisoning global populations with their weird preservative chemical concoctions.

Actually, chick fila makes more per store than McDonald's, they just have a lot fewer stores, so the arches are the bigger company.

McDonald's can't hold a candle to chick Fila's food or employees.

I think Japan has the best McDonald's food. America has the worst McDees imo. the food looks like a giant pile of goop.
