I recall a NIT game at the Pmac. Daddy Dale Brown's sister had recently died. Tulane fan began chanting LSU sucks. When the announcer ask for a moment of silence for Dale's sister, the Tulane fan chanted Dale Brown' sister sucks, Dale Brown sister sucks.
LSU was in the NCAA tournament in New Orleans, at the super dome. Tulane was the NCAA host. They were suppose to assist each teams's practice in the dome. When the Tigers arrived at their allotted time the dome was locked up and no one was there to let them in. LSU contacted Brother Martin and held their practice there.
Tuck Fulane!!!The hatred for LSU is alive and well in the few TU fans that are still around.
They really believe that they are LSU's equal in sports and LSU's daddy in academes. In football they a want home and home contract. In baseball they'll make you buy season tickets to get a ticket to an LSU game.
