The only way to know is to have ICE roll up to the job site and start checking each worker for the proper paperwork to be legally in the US.
Of course as soon as this ^^^^ happens the media and protestors are tipped off and we know how it goes.

We have had to take care of several who are illegal in the hospital and they are a disaster. You can't get them hooked up with any resources because they don't have the required citizenship documentation. So they end up just wasting resources because you can't bill anyone for them. It is a mess. They occupy hospital beds that real Americans need, but can't.
