They have not given it back. No reason given. He is going to court to get it back as they do not have the right to keep it. Any info. on the phone could have been collected in a matter of minutes.

Didn’t he stiff the guy who worked through his coding thing in regards to the election?

He lost in arbitration (a clause he inserted) and then said it was improper because he didn't have his day in court

The terms of the arbitration agreement were violated.

I get that he's a businessman, but his shtick of pimping his products while talking politics started getting really, really old for me awhile ago.

This whole thing was the strangest grift in history. It is like one of those movies where the protagonist become successful and then the success destroys him. Lindell thought this would cement a new market in perpetuity but forgot people will only buy so many pillows, and he alienated over half the country. Sure it was huge at first, but it quickly destroyed his company.

I think the based pillow merchant said a few weeks ago that Amex cut his credit line.

How?

Why wasn't this argued...in the arbitration?

I’m just making usually vague and terse statements on a topic that probably requires much more detail like everyone else is. I mean dang.

I think this poor guy believed that supporting Trump like he did after the elections would help his business. It didn't

It did...at first.

Why would you admit to that?

The short of it is that Lindell is pretty close to being bankrupt.
Oh, no! Does this mean my lifetime warranty on the pillows I bought from his company is about to become meaningless?!?

It’s not free markets when the government controls big media that can affect businesses, same principle applies with “Freedom of Speech”, we only have free speech if we speak what they want us to.

The Fed Gov and their voting theft machine cronies from Dominion use the legal
System as a weapon, this is known as

“Vexatious Litigation”

They choke you out financially, very few can keep it together and survive these situations.

Anyone applauding this has never built anything with their own hands such as this man, only for the Gov’t to purposely destroy you.

Like his politics or not, call him an “ex-crackhead” and whatever childish and small-minded thing you wanna say about the man, but his story is remarkable and only in the USA can it happen, but that very right to do what he did is under attack.

You people don’t understand what is at stake! What this man was fighting for, he was fighting for us all and simpletons on this board are too stupid to see it!

I truly believe his motivation had nothing to do with his business. He is doing what most are not willing to do. He is going against the establishment to try and fix our elections and save this country. I applaud the man for his service.

Never mix business and politics. It’s just stupid to do it.

I agree 100%. Unfortunately in this case it is impossible to keep them separate.

No, he's a crackhead pillow salesman and apparently a bad one.
