You have 2 effective strategies as someone wanting to spread the conservative word.
1- post level headed conservative views and counter points on public forum ( i do celebrities facebook posts, random news articles that allow comments)
The object isn't necessarily to reach people with your comment, it's to get 50 replies form hateful liberals spewing shite at you for having a rational thought of your own. people see the retards being retards, and side with you because they don't want to be a retard, too.
2- pretend to be a far left whacko, post some of the outrageous shite some of them believe in hopes of deterring people form being like them.
If the goal is the conversion of on the fence, people new to politics, or moderate liberal readers, you must refrain from name calling or saying stereotypical things i.e.: frickin mexicans, build the wall! or things that will steer warm hearted folks away for being a meany head.
state the facts, explain them, use examples. stand back and watch.
My favorite is doing global chats on multiplayer games with large player bases. get the convo going, watch the sky screamers REEEE!
I have top comments on some Dave chapelle posts for calling out race baiters and pointing out how his comedy brings people closer together, as well as Lady Gagas from when she was promoting trans in the military.

I go over to DU every once in a while just to read the general discussion. They are so emotional; they all sound like hysterical women. (Not meaning to be disrespectful to women)
Actually, it would be the best thing for them. I think they would be surprised that conservatives are normal, articulate people who just think differently than them.

Is this place as bad as DU? Of course not. But DU advertises it's biases.

I mentioned the word "moderated" in my thread title.
Apparently that wasn't enough.
I'm looking for a board that is as openly liberal leaning as this one is conservative where one can actually POST as a conservative and remain.
I'm not a liberal, but here are two messageboards I sometimes frequent that lean liberal.

Both boards are relatively strictly moderated, compared to most of the internet, but I think they are moderated fairly. Mods step in when personal attacks get out of hand (threats, not even bothering to address the topic, etc), but otherwise tend to let things go.
