Each congressional district represents approximately 700,000 people. (Note that I said people and not citizens).
Various accounts claim Trump has deported close to 700,000 so far.
Thats one congressional seat.
Thats why the left is fighting tooth and nail.
He needs to knock out at least 10 more.
That’s gonna be tough
Group 1- the 10 million that were invited to cross under Biden administration. This was nothing more than census padding to get more congressional representation from blue states. Remember, they counted illegals last census for the purpose allocating representatives.
Group 2- those older illegals who committed serious crime OR have an outstanding order of deportation. Looks like that number is about 1.5 million.
That’s 11.5 million. A tall order. It will take minimum the rest of trumps term and 4 years of Vance/Rubio’s first term.
No more than 3 years guaranteed at any point, even if they win the natty.
Why are students who are at school a mere 4 years allowed to change the mascot name.
Shouldn’t at least the alumni have a say in the matter?

What happened to Gonzáles,La.?

Biden bbb 220 democrats for , 212 repubs against, one dem against.
Multiple chances to do so.
Both Biden and Trump kept classified docs while out of office.
Biden returned them and didn’t get charged.
Trump repeatedly refused and got charged.
Why?

I know a lot of Prevosts around Crowley area. Pronounced Pree vow as in show or low
Both have the privilege of being drafted by a NFL team that had needs at the tackle position(Patriots)and the quarterback position(Browns)). Just the pay is a little different.
Some perspective:
US constitution- 27 amendments passed since 1791.
Louisiana constitution- 221 amendments passed since 1974.
to support. What gets me is that our legislature puts complicated amendments on ballot and expects the citizens to blindly support.
In my area, (Lafayette and st Landry) there was no effort by our legislative delegation to support amendments. No social media, no meetings at civic clubs, no phone calls etc.
The only propaganda I received was a mailer a couple of days prior to election supporting 2.
Sad.
I think the current La. Constitution passed in 1974.
Very concise and mimicked in many ways the Federal constitution.
It has been amended to death over the last 50 years. Too many amendments that should be simple legislation.
I don’t know if you can get a group of citizens together to redo it.
