It does seem odd that he was NOT filming, but he clearly WAS NOT.

In this case, Dolloff (like Rittenhouse) clearly committed a homicide. Some homicides are criminal, and some are not. It is yet to be determined whether any of those homicides (two for Rittenhouse and one for Dolloff) constitutes a "crime," because the claims of self-defense have not yet been adjudicated.

At this point, my money (though not much of it) is on unintentionally feathering the SR. If she deleted and renamed files, she would need to be VERY good for the cops not to find it.
At the same time, I will bet significant money that the majority here will insist (without evidence) that she DEFINTELY engaged in delete/rename ... while the same posters will insist that actors they LIKE in other encounters would NEVER tamper with evidence.

Except he pretty clearly reached under his left breast vest panel where his pistol was visibly holstered, which likely elicited the slap, which resulted in antifa boy popping a cap.
The mace doesn't even seem to play a significant role here. I don't think Dollof gets to say he feared he'd be incapacitated by the mace and disarmed since his firearm was completely concealed and he had zero identifying characteristics of a security guard. I also dont think he gets to say he saw Keltners weapon and thought he'd be maced then shot either. That's a preposterous reach of he's claiming self defense.
