I would like to see the canceled checks from 9News to Matthew Doloff. You think Pinkerton is hiring a guy like this? I don’t.
I am no expert but 145 lbs does not sound like an ideal candidate to provide protection for anyone.

His Facebook for direct access. You cannot seem to find it by searching through the Facebook search engine (I was unsuccessful on multiple attempts).

This looks like he was trained by a meth head to provide security.

No more un armed militia.
He flat out shot someone in cold blood. If this man gets anything but charged for murder we should find this the moment of no return.

Add the fact that he is listed at 5'11". Surprised the bear spray did not blow him into the next county.

Why not?
Not saying he should have shot the guy but you’re statement alone is not accurate. It is gonna depend a lot on who the aggressor is determined to be. If the fella that got shot started with slapping him and macing him he would be the aggressor. You assault someone and attempt to incapacitate them you are the aggressor and better be prepared for a response.
Imagine slapping and macing a cop what do you think happens next?
Again not saying that is what happened but you statement alone is not accurate.

Agreed. Colorado is also a Stand Your Ground state.

The cop gets suspended without pay and attends mandated sensitivity training, after which he receives anger management training.
ETA: IF he is white he also gets lectured on critical race theory.

Having said all of that, in Louisiana, you are not justified in shooting someone unless you can prove you thought you were going to sustain significant injuries or your life is in jeopardy. I don't know Colorado's laws, but reasonable force can meet force against you in Louisiana. I don't think using a gun against someone with mace would be justified even if they clearly sprayed you before you had the gun in your hand. You would have to be able to prove that you had a reasonable reason to shoot the guy based on other information (prior knowledge of the individual, a secondary weapon, physicality differences, etc).
How are you going to do a chemical analysis over what he is spraying you with before deciding the level of danger you are in? You don't know if he is spraying you with mace, water, nerve gas, battery acid, or anything else that you don't know whether or not he is capable of getting a hold of.

This guy was no security guard. He’s the left’s fantasy of what they accuse Kyle R. of doing except in this case, it was no fantasy. He showed up with a gun actually looking for trouble under the guise of providing “security”.
We already have a leftist in this thread claiming to be a “moderate” LOL! He’s saying the events are parallel and both individuals should serve lengthy prison sentences. We of course know better than that.

With that level of fear perhaps you are better off staying in your basement.

Good point. I think a lot of people are blindly taking the side of their political affiliation regardless of the facts. The dude is wearing a shirt that says "BLM", if social media provided proof the victim was a BLM rioter, their opinions would immediately reverse. Logical reasoning and political extremes really don't go together. I think it's a nice example of 2 dumb mother frickers that like to cause trouble getting what they asked for. Jail and a casket.

If you are referring to the victim’s shirt, take a closer look. It says “White Lives Matter”.

At no point was his life in danger and pepper spray is not lethal, also he shot the guy after the pepper spray. your assumptions are based off emotion not facts.
