I agree with if you’re going to be a cop paying them a Pilot, Ship Captain, or Surgeons salary should be a goal. It would get the people most qualified. I’m trying find solution to why 12 so trash. If a person not from this country moves here and does everything by rules just to “make it out” as we say. You move up & they move the goal line back & change rules. It’s surprising how people are saying they Christian as if that helps. Before politics almost all wars between people in history had to deal w religion. & it stays even today. What’s crazy is most people don’t know the very book they worship is a African book. Most people don’t know the history of Old Testament & they don’t know who King James is or that he was homosexual. Or that his mother was Mary etc. it’s a very steep rabbit hole for anyone who really knows history of that book they wouldn’t worship it after. Having faith in higher power is one thing but all religion is purposely man made to separate and divide.
