So, residents should just "take their beating".
Nice.
Nice.

My immediate question... will Legal Bytes be all dolled up or dressed like she's 4 glasses of wine deep and about to collapse into bed?

Good grief, that's scary. And might be an indication of what's going on in Kenosha.

How can they even get this new drone video in after the trial testimony has ended?
Because defense allowed the shite/altered version in and didn’t challenge it aggressively. Jury already had it so judge let it (other version) ride hoping they won’t convict.
Motions are still pending.

10-2 hung. No mistrial granted. The state will refile
prosecution just keeps retrying the case over and over until they get a jury who will convict?

I’m going to predict riots following a mistrial with prejudice.
Judge absolutely should throw the case out. He won't. He has had numerous opportunities to toss matters (and the whole case) before it reached the jury and has punted to the jury every time. He wants the jury to do the jury's job, but he is supposed to be a gatekeeper and has not done his job. It's politically easy for him to wash his hands of it and put everything in the hands of the jury. But it's not how it's supposed to work.
At this point, my big question is whether he can issue a directed verdict or JNOV if the jury is hung. I would guess the answer is no. Even if the answer is yes I don't think he will have the stones to do it.

Can the judge/jury push this thing to next Monday to avoid weekend destruction of Kenosha?
Then we can expand the riots into a frick Thanksgiving riot and get on with the great reset.

All Rittenhouse's attorney had to say in his closing was:
I want to tell you a story. I'm going to ask you all to close your eyes while I tell you the story. I want you to listen to me. I want you to listen to yourselves. Go ahead. Close your eyes, please. Now, imagine Kyle is black.
End of trial and everyone goes home

Best part of trial.
She is in Europe I think. Not sure of back story other than she is married.

Are you saying 10-2 in favor of voting to acquit or convict?
Either way the result of a hung jury IS a mistrial so why do you say a mistrial would not be granted?
Also does anyone know if in Wisconsin a hung jury is even obligated to disclose the vote count on each charge? If the prosecution knows they lost the vote count by a margin of 10-2 on a charge, they would be idiots to retry those charges. But they have proven to be idiots so I guess they may do it anyway.

Just remember, if they never would have put Kyle on the stand none of this happens.

The DOJ-CRS is the least known quasi-legislatively approved agency within the justice department.
The CRS is the Community Relations Service, and is a very secret division within the DOJ civil rights unit. The activity of the CRS is rarely discussed, but essentially the agency is authorized to reach into any court proceeding, local, state or federal, and modify/guide the proceedings under the auspices of maintaining national racial harmony.
“The Community Relations Service (CRS), a component of the Department of Justice (DOJ), serves as “America’s Peacemaker” for communities in conflict by mediating disputes and enhancing community capacity to independently prevent and resolve future conflicts.”
Ok, where did you find this text quoted?

Had he not bought the gun or broken curfew, he would not be in this situation. Does he not bear some responsibility,
It doesn't matter that he chose to be there. So did the rioters. It's irrelevant to these current charges.

When it doesn't, it does not mean you can or should take the law into your own hands.
He and his friends were welcomed by the overburdened police force. People have a right to defend their communities against a hoard of rioters. Jesus.
Would you feel this way if thousands of klansmen started burning Chicago, overwhelming the depleted and underfunded police force, and armed residents defended their city within the limits of the law?
No, you wouldnt. The only difference is fricking politics.

should be scary enough for you. right out there in the open.

Thank you. This is unbelievable that the defense didn't go after that very aggressively. So, they get to share some of the blame.

But what blows my mind is the defense. These are the biggest beta cuck defense attorneys I've ever seen
Yeah I have literally been watching the trial and objecting to obvious BS from the Prosecution aloud at the screen and the Defense just sat there and took it. I’m not a lawyer, worked in the industry for 15 years, but even I knew grounds to object on some of the Prosecution’s crap. Very disappointed in those two Defense attorneys.
