My prediction: Hung Jury 8-4 not guilty.
Reason.
This has turned political with people taking sides. 4 will say guilty no matter the evidence.
4 will say Not Guilty no matter the evidence.
4 were opened minded and decided Not Guilty by the evidence.

Mcmichaels is not going to get off. The guy basically admitted on the stand he didn’t meet the criteria for the bogus citizens arrest he attempted.
The 10 lawyer panel on rieketa discussed it some and pretty much all agree there’s very little defense possible for what they did.

Professional law enforcement, and fire, were not allowed to do their job at the direction of the mayor. So, private citizens did their job, and are afforded the same right of self defense as the police
If you’re mad, target your anger at that mayor

Guilty verdict isn’t happening
Agreed

The DOJ-CRS is the least known quasi-legislatively approved agency within the justice department.
The CRS is the Community Relations Service, and is a very secret division within the DOJ civil rights unit. The activity of the CRS is rarely discussed, but essentially the agency is authorized to reach into any court proceeding, local, state or federal, and modify/guide the proceedings under the auspices of maintaining national racial harmony.
“The Community Relations Service (CRS), a component of the Department of Justice (DOJ), serves as “America’s Peacemaker” for communities in conflict by mediating disputes and enhancing community capacity to independently prevent and resolve future conflicts.”

Probably get a hung jury today or tomorrow. The judge has a new case coming Monday that some think he'll make a decision by tomorrow afternoon at the latest.
Realistically this trial should have ended days ago, with severe misconduct leading to a mistrial w/ prejudice.
But what blows my mind is the defense. These are the biggest beta cuck defense attorneys I've ever seen. They file a motion for mistrial w/ prejudice and no longer than a day later they ask for mistrial w/o prejudice for the same shite.

You and I are in the same frame.
Unfortunately we have slipped deeper into a world where facts don't matter.

that's not accurate. The motion for mistrial with prejudice was for violating the defendants 5th amendment rights. The second motion was for a discovery violation. They both are under review.

Basically none of what you said should have a bearing on whether Rittenhouse is guilty or not guilty of the charges pending in the case. However, people thinking like you in the jury room could be what is holding them up from just applying the clear relevant facts to the clear relevant law and voting unanimously for acquittal.
You should also know that any charges related to him being there or being there with a gun have been dropped/dismissed because they are not legally supported.

We're about to get Buckhead City, largely because the City of Atlanta won't do anything about crime in that area. I get your cynicism, but occasionally the process does work. When it doesn't, it does not mean you can or should take the law into your own hands.

10-2 hung. No mistrial granted. The state will refile

Not sure why the defense would ask for dismissal WITH prejudice, then follow it up with an additional dismissal request WITHOUT.
Likely was just trying to read the room.
Likely hung at this point.
Some things to think about on a retrial-
You know the States best evidence and they don’t have crap at this point and you start of without the gun charges or curfew next time.
Likely can use evidence that is on the record now to much better attack Rosenbaum and Grosskreutz.
Chance the “prosecution” of Ziminskys plays out and Grosskreutz continues to lie. The car dealership guys story can also be better handled.
And good lord, a bunch of the bs with the video evidence trickery would never be allowed if they just used experts and requires authentication.
Chance a different judge lets in some damming Kyle evidence that didn’t get it.
I would hope Kyle would get a new Defense team frankly.

quote:I doubt it. There's no way 12/12 jurors want to convict. I think there are 1 or 2 holdouts/activists and the rest of the jury is beating them over the head with the law and the jury instructions while discrediting the one piece of bullshite video that the prosecution claims implicates Rittenhouse.
I told you guys on a previous post of mine, they are looking for something, anything they can convict him on. No way they allow him to walk. Too afraid of leftist.
I doubt they succeed, but if they do, it will be not guilty. If not, hung jury and the judge has made more than one indication that he'll apply prejudice to his ruling.

How can they even get this new drone video in after the trial testimony has ended?
Dirty tricks by the prosecution. Kraus, Binger and the DA need to be disbarred.

Had he not bought the gun or broken curfew, he would not be in this situation.
Do you NOT see how problematic this logic is? How far down the decision tree do we get to go to find blame? Had his mother never given birth to him, he would have never been there that night...
The law is the law, and he broke zero laws. He was, in fact, careful not to violate laws.

Can the judge/jury push this thing to next Monday to avoid weekend destruction of Kenosha?
It would be better on Friday so that Americans still in the vicinity of Kenosha have a chance to defend it without missing work. That’s something that ANTIFA never has to consider.

Kyle Rittenhouse Jury Deliberation Day 3: Do we get the verdict today?
My prediction is the jury will tell the judge today they are hung. He will send them back to deliberations today, and again tomorrow. Hung jury to be announced on Friday.
