Mark Kelly has to be the choice unless he says no. Newsom and Whitmer have said no. I don’t know that Kelly really has presidential aspirations, and doesn’t lose anything really win or lose. That being said, it looks like AZ may be the least likely swing state to be in play. Shapiro is the only one really from the blue wall, but the Muslims may turn on them with him.
