We're not talking about "hatred." Quick example bc I'm on a call: read the Concurrence re OSHA. I see Thomas on it. I don't see Kavabaw or Barrett.

Eta: my comment was very clearly about replacing Thomas with someone as solid as he is.

Isn't this just an even swap? So why the teeth mashing over Breyer leaving?

They voted with the Court’s opinion. They don’t have to write their own separate concurrence every time.

Dude I've been practicing law for over 20 years. I don't need a pedantic primer. It was a quick example. They of course could have joined Thomas, Gorsuch and Alito to solidify the anti-left, Constitutional "wing" of the Court. They didn't. So again it's an example of, "they're no Thomas."

I can certainty provide more. But I'm busy right now working to counterbalance Brandflation.

Just checked the gambling sites...

Even money that Biden won't even nominate an American Citizen.

Then you should have known better than to point to lack of published concurrence to a favorable opinion as a reason you dislike two Justices on the bench.

End of term read an article about it and it will cut down on a lot of these post. He will be out in June and his replacement will be put in before the midterms. This will have little effect on midterms

It also will not affect the balance of the Court.

The more thought into this. Definitely Harris. Then Roberts will have a reason for flipping on decisions.

Beware of cackles behind the doors of Roberts office.

I do not like this man's ice cream. There are much better options.
