Cornyn would be safely ahead at least 55-45 against Talafreako

Cornyn lost the fricking primary by 27 points.

We FINALLY get somebody to toss a fricking RINO asshat by and HUGE margin and you assholes whine about that.

Cornyn won the initial primary, then EVERYBODY who voted against Coryn voted against him again.

If Talafricko can win, then congrats for being right on the internet but the country is completely fricked and it is not "Trump's fault".

He won by 3% in 2018 in a race which was paid little attention. I think the worry is not a cross over of voters but republicans staying home.

That's exactly the issue.

You live in Dallas or Houston or Austin or San Antonio or somewhere else in Texas? If so, vote for the candidate that floats your boat.

Cornyn in an interview before he lost pledged full support for whoever the nominee is.

He’s a liar.

Anyone who votes for a Senate or House candidate (especially in a general election) for ANY reason other than how they think they will vote on legislation is an imbecile of the highest order.

Betting markets don't determine anything. Just the opposite, they are heavily influenced by who bets money on a candidate. All a campaign or PAC has to do is dump money on the betting market in favor of their candidate and it's easy advertising

Wow.

Yes, that point comes after policies. Bad character + good policies > good character + bad policies.

A politician's character doesn't affect me nearly as much as the policies he implements.

On a side note, what kind of character does a tranny have that's so appealing to you?

Show your work and, WHY he's disliked by the "GOP".

"The Republican Party's current national favorability rating sits roughly 15 to 21 points underwater, with tracking data showing approximately 31% to 40% of Americans viewing the GOP favorably compared to 52% to 60% who view it unfavorably."

It appears, the GOP should worry about how they're viewed.

Paxton is a bad candidate w/ a lot of baggage, but
Talarico is anti capitalist, anti cattle and anti O&G
It will be closer then it needs to be but Paxton will win by 5+

Yes, but that's how elections are won, by getting the wafflers to vote for you.

Yes it is Paxton’s fault actually that we are in this mess. And the dumbasses in the base who keep voting for clowns in the primary like Dr. Oz and Herschel Walker

This is why Louisiana was stuck with JB Edwards for eight years. The GOP has a quality-candidate problem.
