Just saw it is now a coin flip in the betting markets for Talarico vs Paxton

Have sort of tuned this one out because following the race is like being in a prolonged hangover. Paxton is one selfish piece of shite for running with all the baggage he has, and putting his ego and ambitions ahead of the country. Apparently he is lazy as hell as a campaigner too. What an amazing, sad, and hilarious statement that this is a 50/50 race. And now that reality is setting in, his camp is begging the national party for money.

Yes it’s Paxton’s fault you are voting for a gay preacher who will flood Texas with immigrants the moment he is given the chance!! One has a history or Leftwing positions and the other has a history of conservative positions, it’s only a “tough choice” for the TDS addled and effeminate men

The establishment wants Paxton to lose.
Talarico's largest donor last election cycle was Miriam Adelson. He is controlled opposition. Paxton was impeached by his own party, survived, won a primary against one of the ultimate swamp creatures and won't be controlled as easily in DC.
Paxton has character flaws, but that isn't why Republicans aren't supporting him.

Rip, I agree with your post with one exception:
He "might" be a male but damned sure ain't a man.....

I don’t believe the polls for one second. We know that polling accuracy has been extremely sketchy since the predominance of cell phones and the hyper polarization of the parties. The “coin flip” is absurd. Paxton will win comfortably.

Paxton has long been a problem for the GOP. No big surprise…

Apparently? So you don’t even know? Explain how he knocked out an incumbent with a war chest in the primary?

Yes it is Paxton’s fault actually that we are in this mess. And the dumbasses in the base who keep voting for clowns in the primary like Dr. Oz and Herschel Walker
But no I am not voting for that little fricker Talarico. frick that idiot

Don’t forget accepting a $275k campaign donation from temu Boone Pickens and immediately intervening in the Sorsby stupidity

hey as long as you're betting the poly market you should buy a few scratch offs!

I am referring to betting markets, not polls. I have a glass half full view on this probably because the alternative is pretty horrifying, and I can’t countenance the prospect of that little know-nothing piece of shite weather vane getting into the U.S. Senate on the behalf of Texas. I think it probably resembles 2018 race, possibly closer.

Okay go place a bet if the markets are so legit. We will be waiting on your slip.

I'd vote for the tranny surgeon general before Paxton. Character has to matter at some point. Accepting bribes for legal opinions, stealing on camera, arranging jobs for your side girl while claiming to love jesus is not ok.

Paxton has won statewide vote for AG twice with one being against Bush. Somehow, suddenly these same voters are going to vote Talarico over Paxton?
It's made up national media propaganda to give Democrats hope so they go vote.

Place a bet on what? I always thought it would trend this way when it became clear Paxton would win the primary. I don’t have a strong view either way on who will win, so who should I bet on?
The point in me bringing it up in the first place is markets are the best tool we have for predictions. They aren’t perfect, I’m not even saying this one is exactly right. The fact that it’s this close is alarming and insane.

He won by 3% in 2018 in a race which was paid little attention. I think the worry is not a cross over of voters but republicans staying home.

Lazy doesn't begin to describe it.
Go to their Youtube channels. Look at how many commercials Tal. has dropped over the last month.
Now look at how many Paxton has dropped. He almost doesn't exist. Pitiful. Just pitiful.
