comparing the time cues... it looks like the jury looked at the video for roughly 50 minutes

Judge has made this Day of Reckoning statement to the prosecution.
Has seemed pretty much in agreement to most of the defense's objections.
Has made multiple statements that he is "queasy" on the prosecution, that he's brought up that he has stated that they might have gone over the line **and that they have CONTINUED to incur his wrath after this warning. ** and he pointed this out again today.
Has refused to rule on the mistrial request, but hasn't denied them- has stated "let's see what the jury says first".
My take on this, which might be reaching- Rittenhouse is either acquitted, or the Judge throws out a guilty verdict. In his mind, the case has been made, and he has no doubt.
He's simply hoping at this point that the jury will do their job.

I agree that he's a Dem and a little bitch, but I also think he's only willing to submit so much to the will of his party's most antagonistic segment before reeling things back in.
If I recall, he was considerably quicker to call in the Nat'l Guard than most liberal governors / mayors were in the summer of 2020.
I dislike Evers immensely but he's still somewhat of a throwback Dem who has a modicum of reasonability (unlike MN and OR and CA for example)

I didn't watch jury selection but there is no way that if there's only 1 black person on the panel that Kyle is getting convicted.
I have watched 0 seconds of this trial, but white people selected for jury duty in Kenosha would have voted for Trump at at LEAST a 50% clip.
Do we have the ages, employment status, gender, and race of the jurors?
There's no way that Kyle is convicted on ANY major counts if there's at least 5 white people over the age of 45.
