I don’t think this judge knows shite about technology.

The real file is FAR more clear than what they provided the defense. The prosecution knowingly sent the defense shite and then tried to cover it.

Fatman has his laptop
Fatman has the uncompressed file
Fatman has access to the Dropbox
Make Fatman drop it RIGHT NOW and see if it is renamed and compressed

If Netflix does it, Kyle will have war paint on and 4 guns on him while threatening the jury on the stand.

So much of this case from the prosecution has been bad if not dirty. This is egregious. This case should be dismissed with prejudice and Kyle’s defense should be standing on the table now.

Judge wants to leave and let them work it out among themselves

I would almost guarantee its more than 6 of 12. At a minimum, it's 8.

What’s the deal with the compression files or whatever ?
What are they trying to show or prove ?
I don’t get that
The state withheld evidence by deliberately sending the defense a severely compressed, blurry file that the State then used to say Kyle provoked Rosenbaum. The State is saying they sent the regular video to the defense but it got compressed, the filename, and the metadata changed all by itself.

What happened to the voir dire talk ? They were on the verge of getting experts, but then totally forgot about it and are now talking about doing experiments ?

His opening question to Kyle was isn’t it true you went there to kill as many people as possible.

So, what did they decide about the drone footage?
Posted on 11/17/21 at 1:27 pm to OMLandshark
Kyle is too young and maybe not smart enough to see how bad his hired help is dropping the ball for him right now.
Posted on 11/17/21 at 1:27 pm to OMLandshark
Well, Scarborough said he fired off 60 rounds, so that syncs with the questioning, right?

Curious to know what the defense's play is here.
This NYPD attorney is right - why aren't they thrashing around requesting a mistrial for pure misconduct? Not adding up for me.

Where's his parents? I'd be saying something

This all boils down to the fact that they let an ancient judge who doesn't know shite about technology rule over this.

The blonde lady at the end of the table at least TRIED to put some sanity into the arguments. But next to no push from the rest of the Defense. Pitiful.

There is no question that prosecutorial conduct has prejudiced the jury against the defendant. It is certain that the prejudice warrants mistrial.
The only question is whether or not the conduct was merely negligence or was it intentional/malicious.

He wants them to get an interlocutory appeal from the Appeals Court.
Good lord this shite is wild.
