Does that even matter?

I guess it depends on the context of the conversation. I personally don’t care. I’d just always assumed that she wasn’t, and I thought it was funny that a poster mentioned that she was.

I don’t even hate JD. I just don’t think he’s fit to be President of the United States for these. Go be a governor or something

I’m an America first conservative on a board full of pretenders

You conservatives do love your purity tests.

One of the dumbest things I've witnessed on this board is the group of conservatives who complain about Trump losing independents and other conservatives but then also bitch because no one is as "conservative" as they are.

These dumbasses literally think they can alienate themselves into a group of only the "most pure" but still effect change in the country. They are too stupid or arrogant to see that their narrow brand of conservatism will never be enough to gain power.

Just look at how they praise Massie. He's the "most purest conservative evah" but can't get anything done because he incessantly fights against his own side.

And then these same idiots, after kicking out people they need who don't perfectly align with them, complain about nothing ever improving.

You people need to grow up and accept reality. You need people who don't agree with you 100% in order for your side to gain power. Without that power, you will never make a positive impact.

Your own feelings towards other conservatives is your downfall, but being pure and righteous in your own mind is more important than moving the country forward in a positive direction. JD Vance is a great conservative but you want to shite on him because he doesn't fit your warped view of perfection.

People like you shoot yourselves in the foot and then look around for others to blame. You treat your allies as enemies because you only agree 95% of the time. That is unadulterated stupidity.

So he hasnt forced his wife to change religions from Hindu as she was raised? Sounds like exactly how I want my country run! I love freedom, dont know about you.
Progressives would celebrate this on their side but since it’s Vance, they’ll try to use it as some sort of “Gotcha!” thing because they think conservatives give a shite

I’m aware, I’m just using it in my situation how I would react.. I would not want to be married to a heretic and that would fall on my leadership to ensure that doesn’t happen. Gotta be equally yoked.

Converting to a religion different than that of your spouse AFTER marriage and converting to the SAME religion of your spouse are completely different and incomparable situations.

At a minimum she's married to a conservative and has clerked for well-known conservative judges. It doesn't make her conservative but it shows that she's at least not dogmatic about any left-leaning beliefs she has. That probably puts her solidly on the right when it comes to a brown woman

I’ve actually experienced this. You have to lead otherwise what good are you? You lead them in truth and love and point them towards Christ. She obviously wears the pants in the house.

A MAGA Trumpster complaining about purity tests and admonishing anyone for not being tolerant of differences is nothing short of hilarious.
