So... you made an "inferential leap"? ;)
I must respond with a begrudged touché.

No, it just translates to us being not as-eager/more-reluctant to do so than women.
I think an argument can be made that men are generally more eager to engage in the act that results in procreation than women.

Going after IVF is a death sentence politically
If you want to stop IVF, improve the economic conditions of people in their 20s and 30s.

Agreed.
That cat is long out of the bag… plus, unlike an issue like abortion, good things come from IVF- even though there are moral questions on how that process happens.

Again, why?
The Catechism says, children have “the right ‘to be the fruit of the specific act of the conjugal love of his parents,’ and ‘the right to be respected as a person from the moment of his conception.”(2378).

There are many environmental factors that also negatively impact fertility but too many profit from them for them to be addressed on a large scale.

So in the future you’ll see more sex without conception.
Rates of sex are down especially for young men 18-30.

Without IVF I wouldn’t have my son, I don’t think people should play God and do crazy stuff, but for people who have problems having kids it is a gift from God.
The fact that your son exists is an inherently good thing. However, it doesn’t mean we should defend the process that lead to his existence. In the same way we believe a child brought into the world via rape, prostitution, sex outside of marriage, surrogacy, is also an intrinsic good. Your child is certainly a gift. However, having a child is not a right.

A friend recently tried to hook me up with a friend of his and his wife. She’s 42, a runner and athletic, very attractive, Ohio State grad and has a professional career. However, she has a one-year old daughter that she conceived through a sperm bank. She picked the features of the donor she wanted: blonde, blue-eyed, preferred height, European origin. She did this a year after ending a 10-year relationship with a man who wouldn’t marry her.
The baby is totally gorgeous but I can’t help but think this woman is mentally ill. She deliberately brought a baby into this world at an advanced age for childbearing with no father in the picture. She’s never been married. I can’t help but think she’s looking for a dad for her child. I’m 61and raised 4 children already. I ain’t signing up for raising the child of a sperm donor. I feel sorry for her baby.
I don’t think this is a healthy use of IVF or sperm donor technology. It’s troubling.

Good thing Catholics don't believe in sola scriptura

Of course you are.
Doesn’t preclude you being a dingus.

In true Protestant fashion, you don’t feel an obligation to act like that’s true as long as you simply say it is.

While I'm understanding of people who want to use IVF, it does create a problem with unused fertilized embryos. Those that are "discarded" are essentially aborted babies.

Keep in mind the people in Jesus's tree. You may doubt that many of them had the "right" to have a child.
All life comes from God.
Abraham slept with his servant trying to produce a heir. (and produced 7 besides Issac)
Jacob married Leah and then treated her badly preferring her younger sister. (Leah's sons were no fans of how dad treated her)
Tamar fooled her Father in law Judah into getting he pregnant (He thought he was paying a prostitute that he didn't know)
Rahab was a prostitute.
David seduced Bathsheba and murdered her husband
Naamah was one of hundreds of wives Solomon took, a non Israelite.
Do not pretend that you can determine above God who has the "right" to have a child.
