Reason is, there are wayyyy more trump country maga folks dragged out of their trailers and arrested for pedophilia, child pornography, sex with animals probably in one southern state in a given year than the totality of the catholic church. Bizarre, closeted pedophiles. Protestant church owners, pastors, sunday school teachers. You name it. Hell, look at Chris Hansen. He moved to LP. He’s a resident here now and gets all the content he needs to keep a hit show going in one parish in Louisiana.

I don't think that's the criticism.
I think the criticism has to do with the Catholic Church protecting its pedophiles whereas everyone else (except for Penn State) turns theirs in.
