The only way they’ll ever get rid of the Climate scam is if they can come up with a bigger money making scam for all of their corrupt activities.

Do you think all regulations are inherently bad?
Ones predicated on a scam probably are.

I’d love to know who is benefiting from the “scam” of reading thermometers and seeing with eyes that average temperatures are going up.
You guys are also mostly conservative. So wouldn’t options to O&G be better for a free market economy?

But surely the establishment of hundreds of massive data centers all over the country was the final nail.
I think you are dead on here. That was the coup de grace.

No, dickhead, you made the claim with zero context or support for your claim.
But generally speaking I assume you would agree that having less information about the world is not a good thing though right?

But if you dared question any of it, you were labeled by the left.
They have a mean label for any topic you happen to disagree with them on. Just have to learn to embrace the label.
I've come to learn the label is just their way of saying you are right, but they can't admit it.

If you're paying any attention and I assume you are, the right is now acting in the same manner. You might pause to ask yourself why.

And there it is, the thread topic hijack
Discussing the actual topic of the thread is viewed by you as hijacking? If you can't tolerate some disagreement and questioning of your stance this isn't a good place to spend time.

The difference is the right isn’t trying to fundamentally change the way everyone lives. The left pushes inane initiatives in order to divide and control people . The right, trying to hold on to established societal norms which have yielded unprecedented prosperity, are simply resisting unsolicited change for change sake.
So there is a major difference.

the right: rehabbing injured birds, proper forest management, manicured lawns and geographically appropriate fauna, aerable land management by farmers, clean town squares with plenty of healthy green areas maintained by people who truly love nature.
the left: rioting, destroying innner cities, shitting on sidewalks, leaving needles and blight on every street corner, catching teslas and buildings on fire, bird flock chopping wind farms, birds-in-flight cooking solar farms, removing dams that provided rich plentiful water for 100 years, redirecting snow melt into the ocean under the fake guise of protecting [insert random tree worm here], neglect of forests rsulting in 10s of thousands of acres of western land burning every season...
but they're going to save the planet! trust the plan!

They will try to repackage it in some other stupid way.

100%
Another way to put it is that the right encourages and promotes prosperity. ONLY Prosperous people can have the foresight to care about their environment since poor people are only concerned with survival. You can make the argument that the right are the only true “environmentalists” since they are the only ones promoting an economic environment where the the natural world can thrive.

not in Louisiana- our trial lawyer governor and his puppet in waiting (Letlow) are 100% in on carbon capture.

Trump is the next existential threat to the United States, the world, and of course democracy.

No, it's still an important part of our energy mix and, if we're smart we'll keep it that way.

Climate chage will be over when AOC says it’s over.
