No the fake Jews of today are not God's chosen people they are what Jesus said they are the SOS Revelations 3-9.
There's been two different scientists who have did DNA test and said these people are NOT who they say they are. The Palestines are closer to God's chosen people than these fake Jews.

Their rabbi's study the Talmud not the Torah which says Jesus was a sorcerer who had sex with his donkey and is burning in hell in piss.

The Father is not the Son. the Son is not the Spirit. The Spirit is not the Father. They are three different persons sharing one essence or nature.

The Father did not come to earth as Jesus. That is the heresy called Modalism that teaches that God wears different hats, sometimes appearing as the Father, sometimes as the Son, and sometimes as the Spirit. That's not Christianity.

This was my response. The Jews just don’t know any better.

It’s not that they don’t know better. It’s that God is forcing them not to believe by hardening their hearts against Jesus because that’s how he wrote the story. If they start believing early the ending is ruined. Pretty messed up that all the Jews for the last 2,000 years had to go to hell, but you saw how bad the end of GoT was received. This would be 3-4 times worse.

Is the Christian God the same God of Judaism?

It depends on what you mean by Christian. And Judaism. It’s complicated. The answer is yes, no, and maybe. What I’m about to type might sound crazy if you’ve never done any reading or research on this subject.

Modern Rabbinic Judaism worships an amalgamation of Yahweh, which used to be referred to as Ba’al Hadad, El Elyon, El Shaddai, and the Persian Zoroastrianism god Ahura Mazda. They call this one god “Adonai” because they are afraid that if they say their God’s name wrong that he’s going to strike them dead. Fun fact: “Adon” or “Aten” was the name of the one god of Egypt when pharoah Ahkenaten invented monotheism.

Ancient first temple Jews of the era of Solomon and David had a pantheon of gods led by El Elyon (cheif god and father of the gods). He had 70 sons (as described in Ugaritic manuscripts, and Genesis 10). Sometimes these 70 sons are referred to as gods, angels, rulers, principalities, and archons in the Bible. One of his sons, Yahweh, inherited Israel from El Elyon (Deut 32:8). The other sons of El Elyon ruled over the other nations in the same way that Yahweh was the lord of the Israelites/jews. These ancient Israelites also worshipped Nehushtan (the brazen serpent of Moses), Leviathan (the water dragon), Asherah aka El Shaddai (the god with breasts).

Enochian Jews were first temple polytheists that rejected the Persian-built second temple and the Zadokite priests. Enochian Jews existed from around 500BCE to around the time of Jesus. They rejected Persian influence, although they did accept some Zoroastrian ideas, like the concept of Satan. They also rejected Leviathan and Nehushtan and many of the other old gods. However they continued to worship El Elyon (the father), his son (Yahweh), and El’s wife and mother of Yahweh (Asherah, also called the feminine Holy Spirit). Enochian Jews awaited the return of their anointed Jewish king, their “messiah”, because they could no longer have a Jewish king because they were ruled by the Persians and then various Greek states. They called themselves “children of light” (Dead Sea Scrolls). They lived in rural communities such as Qumran near the Dead Sea, and believed the second temple Jews in Jerusalem were corrupting creation with their Persian apostates and their lunar calendar, but that they would be taken down by the return of messiah who would restore the polluted creation and restore the solar calendar and usher in Yahweh’s kingdom.

The earliest Christians were Enochian Jews… who said that all the stuff they had been waiting for had been completed. The anointed king Yahweh had been given a body of flesh by El Elyon and killed by Rulers (archons) in heaven, and his blood was spilled on the earth which renewed creation (1 Corinthians 2:8). They called themselves “children of light” (1 Thessalonians 5:5). After Paul’s death, some Christians created an allegorical story that they could use to convert gentiles to their faith that we call “the Gospel” which in Greek was called the “Evangelion”. This gospel created a story of Yahweh actually becoming a human on earth and being killed on earth rather than in heaven like Paul believed. Then other competed gospels were written… first Mark… then Q… then Matthew… then Luke (a later revision of the Evangelion with extra material plagiarized from Mark, Q, and Matthew)… then John, each writer seeking to change the story and correct the narrative of the previous writer. These Christians still continued to worship El Elyon (by this time God Most High is being called “Theos” in Greek), the Holy Spirit, and Yahweh (who they called “Kyrios” in Greek which means Lord).

From there, some Christians continue to worship the three gods, but some claim that these three gods are really just one god with different persons inside him which we are too dumb to truly understand (the “mystery” of the Trinity). Still there were some Christians who saw the personality difference between Yahweh in the Old Testament and Jesus in the NT and said that they cannot possibly be the same entity. These “Marcionites” and “Gnostics” believed in Yahweh but that he was evil, and that Jesus was sent by El Elyon to save the earth from Yahweh.

Mark 5:7
quote:

And crying out with a loud voice, he said, “What have you to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I adjure you by God, do not torment me.”

You will not find a single line in the New Testament that Jesus is the son of “the LORD”. In the NT, Jesus is NOT the son of Yahweh… Jesus IS Yahweh, who is son of El Elyon god most High. In the following example, Paul writes that Jesus IS Yahweh (LORD/Kyrios) and that El Elyon (God/Theos) raised him up.

Romans 10:9
quote:

because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is LORD and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Correct. However there is but one God. Our God is the God of Abraham. The above statement pretty much settles how Jews understand things to be. Same God for us all. Jews have not accepted Christ and thereby there is no trinity for them to see. God is still there. The Lord is still there. The Holy Spirit is still there.

They don't see it. Spiritually or other wise.

Yes.. from what I understand .. Judaism, Christians, and Muslims have the same God of Abraham. Then after that they all split.

I agree there is but one God--the God of Abraham, but that God is triune, and Jesus Christ as the Son is also God. So if anyone does not believe in Jesus Christ as God (the Jews do not believe He is), then they do not believe in nor worship the only true God. They worship an idol, just as those who are Diests and who reject Jesus as God might claim to believe in "God" yet do not know the only saving God that exists.

I think you misunderstand. They all kind of sort of have the same “god” as I explained in a post above in this same thread. It’s the splitting thing that I think you have wrong.

Modern Christians generally claim to be a continuation of Judaism. Christians today generally adopt the Old Testament. They view their religion as a new convent - an extension of Judaism (though most Christians do not understand there were different Judaisms and they don’t understand which one they came out of.).

Muslims believe they are a continuation of Christianity. Which Christianity is the tricky part. They are descended mostly from the apostles Paul was fighting with. Paul wrote that the mosaic law - the Torah - was no longer applicable to Christians. Whoever wrote the gospel of Matthew disagreed with Paul on this matter as he wrote that all Christians had to observe the Torah including not eating pork. Muslims are a continuation of Torah-observing Christians who lived in Arabia.

Galatians 1:7
quote:

nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia, and returned again to Damascus.

Muslims claim that Solomon’s temple in Jerusalem was theirs. They claim that Abraham, Ismael, Moses, Elijah, and Jesus were all prophets of Allah, and that Mohammed is the final prophet. Muslims consider the pre-Mohammed Jews and Christians to be Muslims.

In Hebrew, the singular noun for a generic god was Eloah.

Eloah = Allah in Arabic.

So it’s not like they all held an Abrahamic faith and then split. It’s more like the branches on a tree. First the Jews, then Christians branched off at a point while Jews continued. Then the Muslims branched off one of the Christian branches.

Exactly. The trinity is mans teachings.

Mt. 3:16 Jesus was just baptized, the holy spirit descended in the form of a dove & then a voice in heaven said this is my Son, the beloved, whom I approved. They are separate.

Mary & her son are honored in the Koran & Muslims like Christians expect Jesus' to return( Not Muhammad).

It's all nonsense , but Islam actually believes in/ honors the Christian Jesus.

worshiping the big guy doesn't get one saved. one cant worship or get saved without going through Christ. have you even read the Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John?

How? You think Jews believe their messiah will be God? The logos?

Because God didn't transform into some new, previously non-existent being when He became man. Christ was born of the Father before all things were made and is consubstantial with Him. You have to understand that Abraham did not understand God in the same way Moses did. God was continually revealing more and more of Himself to His people (the Jews) as time went on and the centuries progressed. It wasn't until He became man that He revealed His full nature to us.

There is but one God. It’s how man perceives him that is twisted.
