Remember when the Moss Bluff attorney was posting about how Daniel Sullivan had nothing to worry about?

Are you trying to equate this to the democrats paying someone to run for the senate because their name is the same of a sitting senator? Have you seen the evidence that this actually happened? We know you are autistic but now you are showing that you are stupid also. Good job rain man.

We have evidence of the memes, too. They actually happened, too.

- Called Georgia election officials demanding they “find” 11,780 votes.
- Organized fake elector slates to overturn an election.
- Pressured Mike Pence to reject legitimate electoral votes.
- Tried to use the Justice Department to overturn election results.
- Pressured state legislators to change certified election outcomes.
- Considered seizing voting machines.
- Tried to stop the certification of an election on January 6.
- Entertained deploying troops or federal agents near polling places.
- Pushed baseless election fraud claims for years.
- Are now threatening to block certification of an Alaska election if they lose.

What does this mean?

Borrowed from a former Port Allen mayor.
She did an interview about the investigation of her illegal acts, and claimed it was an "aquisition" (inquisition).
The pt liberal defense crew has taken a similar tact in regard to the doj taking the Peltola election team to court.

Accuracy here is less than 10 percent.

I don't think there is anything really illegal about what happened but it is incredibly poor taste.

Didn't Peltola and staff answer questions...under oath...concerning "recruiting" the other Sullivan to run? Didn't the NY Times find emails and text messages saying otherwise?

I believe Alaska has a legal statute about that. It's worth them looking into it.

Luckily, Alaska is ranked choice voting so unsure voters can just vote Sullivans 1-2 and unrank Perolta.

He asked a non-relevant question. Why would I answer his framed, irrelevant question?

State Law, Decoy Dan is ok. However, there some federal laws that could be in question if the accusations are true .

Here is a good podcast (Advisory Opinions) on the topic:

They responded to the court with a brief that stated they didn't know anything about it.

So seems the texts/advisor comments to the NYT (if they hold to be true) would mean those legal briefs would be fraudulent and whomever on her staff/lawyer that submitted would be prosecuted for lying to the court

and the only way out once/if found is to spill every bean, and some.

If he’s never found, Hilary’s retirement fund got fatter.

I don’t know about up that way, but I’m not hearing that much about how this is a major negative of rank choice voting. It needs to be harped on, to finally put an end to it. There and anywhere it is elsewhere.

So if the other Dan Sullivan narrowly loses to the other Dan Sullivan the other Dan Sullivan has recourse too, right?

If anything, I would certainly call it an ignorance issue and use it to push for an IQ or literacy test for voting, something that was removed in the 1960's due to the disenfranchising of ignorant people. If people are that ignorant to vote for the other Dan Sullivan other than the other Dan Sullivan they really wanted to vote for, how does it become a Federal issue or crime when it is due to their ignorance?
