Right now Radek Sikorski tweet is the most damning evidence. The dude was literally giddy on twitter. He couldn't contain himself. Now big tech and media are in full damage control trying to erase all history of his tweet.
If you tweeted out, "thank you Powerman for killing my daughters rapists" the cops would immediately move to investigate Powerman.
In the real everyday world this logic is not only acceptable but obvious.
In the national security propaganda world this logic is nuttery.

Why would he thank the US with a pic of the blown up pipeline?

Think about this in terms of a murder case.
Suspect divorces his wife (sanctions).
Suspect still has motives to kill his ex-wife (Ukraine conflict).
Suspect, along with other family members, threaten repeatedly to kill the ex-wife (Biden, Nuland, etc.).
ex-Wife winds up murdered (Nordstream).
Neighbors thank suspect for killing the ex-wife (Sikorski).
Powerman says there's no circumstantial evidence against this suspect.

Gotcha. So when our leaders threaten to destroy a pipeline, and said pipeline ends up destroyed, we should completely ignore that because they lie about everything. Except the denials they are currently making. That's 100% believable.
