I can’t recall the last time I saw North Korean citizens out in the streets chanting death to America and with specificity death to America’s President - using something as common and fundamental as the particular religion they practice to demand its citizens to fulfill their obligation to carry out the above, if and when at all possible, in any way possible. That’s a fundamental distinction between the two.

Well. If you recall Kennedy specifically called it a quarantine. Not a blockade. Because a blockade is in fact an act of war.
And you might also want to recall that we bombed exactly zero (0) targets in Cuba. And we bombed like 15,000 (and counting) targets in Iran.
And then there's the whole point of the Sec of War calling the Iran war, a war. And since he's the Sec of War, then I guess he knows what a War is?

Because they are much better organized. They have massive stadium gatherings to call for death to America, Americans, and our leaders. They don't use religion but the state is functionally their religion.

I’m guess you and the others are right. Both countries are the same and we have no reason to give any extra attention.

I never said that nor even suggested it. My point was simply that your distinction was not accurate.
However, to your suggested point, I am not sure either deserves more or less attention. They each pose clear dangers, and both have offensive capabilities, both kinetic and cyber. The fact that one is more of a current clear threat doesn't change my mind. Fortunately, the US can walk and chew gum at the same time, so as long as the correct people don't take their eyes off of any of the balls, it allows people like us to pontificate into the wind with no ill effects.

It does disappoint me that we were all quick to blame Biden for high gas prices, but when it's happening this year, everyone on this board just laughs it off.

They want it. The worst thing for either party is a super majority. At that point they cannot lay blame across the aisle. When it is tight like now they point fingers and collect money. Then they are doing sound bites blaming the other side. Look at foghorn from La. He is a perfect example. That is why they will never pass the SAVE act as it would jeopardize all of them.

You can try to nix my commonly acknowledged and agreed upon point, one that’s shared far and wide, based on a technicality, but I suspect you won’t have many, if any, buyers on that.
