It’d take less than an hour to arrest 30 illegals if they bothered with checking the lawn care and landscaping companies in Baton Rouge

I'm usually fiercely opposed to civil assett seizure but I find it appropriate for those who employ illegals. Seizing one factory will go farther to de-magnetize the economy for illegals than 10,000 deportations. It works for small companies, too. Illegal on a zero turn mower? Yep the business uses the failed system to knowingly hire cheap illegal workers then claim they didn’t know when IF they get caught. The system is designed to benefit people breaking the rules.

Those of you figs who can't wait for the government to punish American citizens for illegals being in country must be unaware of the fact that not all of them are hiring illegals intentionally.
Yes, some are, but illegals also use fake identifications and steal SS numbers. It's how they get government benefits as well.

If Trump was 100% serious about mass deportations and the removal of tens of millions of illegals he would make and EO where every employer caught with an illegal on their payroll is levied a $10k fine for 1st offense and doubling the fine for each subsequent violation. But would he dare do something so radical? Probably not.

My company does business in AL. They are the strictest of states on hiring illegals., I'm not sure how this employer could argue he didn't know. We have to file an affidavit saying we don't hire illegals...I'm not sure any other state requires that much documentation..
