Karmelo Anthony lives with epilepsy and his family has described him as non violent, btw.

It’s a double edged sword. An acquittal would only come if Texas’ stand your ground law is as rock solid as conservatives claim it is. Time will tell.

It’s a conundrum for sure.

It will truly confirm to whites what many are trying hard to deny and be tolerant of. Such being that Blacks cannot ‘see’ the import of Blind Justice and that when in the (God forbid) event of some sort of natural or man made (terrorism at the fore) infrastructure collapse that a dog eat survival scenario will break down along racial lines. I have long feared being caught between a rock and a hard place in an either/or scenario where a person’s likely ‘character’ has to be decided and acted upon at 200 yards. Lest one roll the dice at the expense of their beloved.

I hope and pray that honest Black folk step up and knock this stuff down. Whites are powerless in the above nightmare dynamics. Whatever we tolerate, we get more of.

Lord have mercy.

Well the jury includes a hijab wearing Muslim, 3 Hispanics, and 4 women.

All 12 jurors must vote to convict or he is acquitted.

The stand your ground law in effect at the time makes this complicated. He’s already said he felt threatened for his life based on whatever Metcalf said to him.

I will honor the verdict either way. These cases are always tough.

Or you could take the Trump approach and blame judges when the rule of law isn’t always in your favor.

What did the democrats say when the USSC overturned Roe v Wade?

What did Metcalf say that can lead to one highschooler killing another on school ground?

And how do we prevent similar occurances, that undoubtedly happen hundreds of times a day all across the nation, that according to this hypothetical outcome allows for hunger game third world bullshite in many schools across America?

Who are you referencing and what was said? Seems like you're just trolling or are just fricking retarded.

This happened on school grounds during a well-attended event. It was not at some weekend block party at 10:30 p,m, where there could be rival friend groups involved and you would have competing stories describing an off campus situation.

Acquittal seems unlikely.

I do not think he will be convicted. All white jury or not, one or more will be a dip shite progressive and let him walk.

I’ll be on an even keel. Why? Because I expect an acquittal because the black boy could never have done something so heinous as murdering a white boy without just cause. I’ve seen his 8th grade picture and he’s so cute and innocent.

Unlikely, but far from impossible.

This is the same state that sent Daniel Perry to prison for murder.

You mean the same family who grifted $600k out of the GoFundMe set up for his defense so they could buy new cars?

That's definitely not happening after Chow just won his self defense against a thief. You are about to watch the Ns lose it on the guilty verdict. It's going to happen.
