Let’s face it- Herschel didn’t inspire anyone. It’s a national position the voters tend to want to put their best foot forward for that.
Herschel is a hard pill to swallow for that

Republican had better start being serious about their candidates

Did this really need yet another thread?

I mean, it's only thread #7,264 on the topic. We get it already.

It’s not candidate quality. We are losing because of old school machine politics. We cannot contend with the democrat’s well funded political machine in large urban areas in the age of large scale mailed ballots.

I don’t disagree but he’s better than a leftist.

The greatest Republican candidate will never beat massive ballot harvesting that’s going on. The establishment is down - time to find more ballots!!

Yer not jes' woofin. He was worse than Perdue or Loeffler. I really believe, as was depicted in the Sunday morning political airings, that many Kemp/ Raff republicans crossed over and went full Warnock yesterday. Herschel was the worst senate candidate since Roy Moore or maybe this year's nut up in New Hampshire.

Sounds like you thought Fetterman was a great candidate.

Although, that wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Please, please, please stop with the "bad candidate" garbage. Dems run the worst people imaginable as candidates and it doesn't stop them. Warnock is a bad candidate, but his side played the political game better.

He was great in the sense that 1) he is a principled person with good character, and 2) he's not a Democrat.

I was told Herschel actually won the mail in/absentee ballot.

I looked this morning and the majority of the mail in ballots did come from "red" counties.

Mail in ballots were 190k of the 3.6 million votes.

This.

Someone please explain to me why this bullshite argument only takes place on one side? Pennsylvania just ran the male equivalent of Terri Schiavo and Pennsylvania democrats sprinted to the polls to vote for him, even if they didn't like him. Why? Because they do what it takes to win.

No he wasn't but he was a hell of a lot better than the racist, blasphemous, wife abusing, pseudo pastor Warlock. frick Georgia for sending this POS back to the Senate. Always felt Trump had some culpability in Warlock getting elected in 2020 when he suggested the election was rigged. Not that he was wrong but sometimes you gotta take one for the team and encourage people to vote en masse in hopes of overcoming the ballot stuffing. But this election is ALL on the knuckle draggers in the Peach State.

But he would have won if he could have stayed on script.

One of the best candidates out there was Kari Lake, so your logic holds no water.

It's a problem of election integrity more than ANYTHING else at this point.

Oz was bad, Fetterman was worse.
Trump was "bad", Biden was worse.
Walker was bad, Warnock was worse.

Until you get to the root of the problem, you'll always be confused and looking foolish.
